Front desk staff were warm and inviting. Attending staff patience with teen explained each step being done. The dentist was kind and also explained what was being done. That really helped the teen stay calm. Great job !!! To you all

At my age, I like to limit all appointments to within three miles of home. Yet I gladly travel 18 miles to Advance Dental for all dentistry work, including cleaning. Thank you, Dr.Ress and hygienist Christine, and the friendly and efficient office staff.

I have been trying to make an appointment for well over a year. I have been a patient my entire life here. I missed one appointment and somehow they book out years later. Today I finally got an appointment for 11:00am and had 5 texts confirming this appointment. I came in for my appointment and the receptionist told me it was cancelled and I had ZERO CALLS OR TEXTS. This is ridiculous and extremely unorganized office.

My experience was good. My kids and myself enjoy going to Advance Dental because all of the staff are friendly and they all do an amazing job. It feels very nice to receive a service by people who like and love their roles. Thanks!
