Have been going there for over 30yrs , have always been very happy .Lately they seem to have a big turn over of hygienist, can't seem to get the same one twice, but there are very professional. Dentists seem to ,not last long as well

I have been trying to make an appointment for well over a year. I have been a patient my entire life here. I missed one appointment and somehow they book out years later. Today I finally got an appointment for 11:00am and had 5 texts confirming this appointment. I came in for my appointment and the receptionist told me it was cancelled and I had ZERO CALLS OR TEXTS. This is ridiculous and extremely unorganized office.

Front desk staff were warm and inviting. Attending staff patience with teen explained each step being done. The dentist was kind and also explained what was being done. That really helped the teen stay calm. Great job !!! To you all
