We had a wonderful experience with my daughter’s orthodontic treatment at this office. From the very first consultation, the team was professional, patient, and very welcoming. Dr. Paul and Dr. Michael were both excellent—knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly caring. They took the time to explain the treatment plan clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure my daughter felt comfortable at every visit. The entire process was smooth, and we could really see the progress step by step. The staff is friendly and organized, appointments run on time, and the office is clean and well-managed. Most importantly, my daughter is very happy with her results and feels much more confident with her smile. I had my metal braces when i came over from Philippines. When i found McKenna Ortho in West Hartford, CT (they also have a branch in Windsor CT) i found comfort with the staff’s smiling faces, greeted me warmly and nicely. Friendly staffs. Very accommodating when i have issues with the schedules and thankful for their assistance to credit my dental benefits from my work. My doctors, Dr. Paul and Dr. Mike are very good in their field. Very knowledgeable and they did a great job in making my SMILE BEAUTIFUL again! McKenna Orthodontics (West Hartford) has been absolutely wonderful with all three of our kids. Our oldest just finished his orthodontic treatment and his smile is beautiful!
