I don’t advice anyone going to that dental office if you don’t want to wait a whole 3 hours to see the dentist especially if your a very impatient person

Don’t go here. One because it’s horrible one of the most traumatizing, worst experiences I ever had. I went in for my wisdom teeth removal. They gave me a Paper with different pain medication options for you to choose from. I chose a pain medication option, but when I got into the room, the dentist was rushing the whole process. I specifically told her I had chosen a pain medication option before we started the procedure. She responded to me and said oh no, you’re fine and proceeded to pull out all four of my wisdom teeth. I told her to stop multiple times because the pain was excruciating, which is exactly why I had chosen a pain medication option. Not only did she not listen to me, but she forced my face to stay still and kept pulling out my teeth, disregarding me. She pulled it out so badly that she chipped my other tooth while doing it. I have been having extreme pain in my jaw, even two months after that appointment. That’s how badly the lady dentist messed up. Not only my teeth, but also my jawline. Just horrible, I will never suggest this place to anybody, and I will always tell people to run. Don’t even bother going in there.

I had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this dental office. Since my visit, my bite has been completely altered—it’s now uncomfortable, crooked, and noticeably off from how it was when I came in. This alone is unacceptable. Beyond that, the level of professionalism was very poor. The staff did not listen to my concerns, and I often felt dismissed. I was also treated by students who clearly lacked the experience needed for proper care. At one point, my tooth was hit multiple times while they struggled to remove rubber bands, which was both painful and alarming. Patient privacy was also not respected. Staff openly discussed my care in the lobby in front of others, which is completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Financially, the situation was just as frustrating. I was overcharged and given the runaround when trying to resolve the issue. The manager has failed to return my calls despite multiple attempts, which shows a lack of accountability. Additionally, I had visible gum damage related to periodontal issues that was not properly addressed. They proceeded with a cleaning while ignoring a serious concern, and when I questioned it, my concerns were brushed off. That level of neglect is deeply troubling. Overall, this experience has left me in worse condition than when I arrived. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking competent, respectful, and ethical dental care.

Horrible experience… I booked an ortho appointment, interns were attempting to give me a “cleaning and X-rays” I told them I already had a cleaning and X-rays with my dentist and they asked me to send over my records. The front desk receptionist then told me the ortho is not taking any additional appointments…This office is disorganized and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN.

May 30 2026 If your going to put someone on hold for longer than 10min -45min! Tell them to call back. The lady at the front with the glasses is HORRIBLE. SHE MUST BE FAMILY because why does she work there? 🤔 She's rude, unapologetic and you basically have to interact with her to get your next damn appt! SHE HANGS UP ON YOUR FACE, SHE HAS NO TYPE OF HUMILITY, OR APATHY TOWARDS ANYTHING OR ANYONE. SOMEONE LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE WORKING FRONT DESK! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS!
