My experience with this office was extremely frustrating due to administrative issues. I have been waiting since October to complete treatment, and my appointments were repeatedly canceled with different explanations—most often Because they No longer do root canals. This time they stated that the office did not have insurance authorization. After contacting my insurance company directly, I was told that all approvals had been in place since October. If there were questions or difficulty locating the authorization, the office could have contacted the insurance company rather than repeatedly canceling my appointments and placing that responsibility on me. When I spoke with the person who identified herself as the office manager, the conversation was dismissive and unprofessional. I was spoken over, and when I finally asked for the insurance contact information, I was told she was “not in the business of taking demands from clients” and my care was immediately discontinued. So I will have to wait for them to mail me my authorizations and let my insurance company know they’re not going to do the work and find a new doctor. I’m not At all bothered, I had no intentions on going back to this place. I just knew that because they received the authorization it was in my best interest to have them complete the work. The biggest frustration is this is that she reached out to me a few weeks ago, letting me know that she was now the office manager here Due to that lack of professionalism, I had previously experience. So my expectation here is that if you knew that was the case that you were handling things in the more effective manner. And should understand my Know what I had Previously experience. To be fair, the clinical staff were courteous and professional. My concern lies entirely with the administrative side, which appeared disorganized and handled the situation poorly. I had also scheduled appointments for two of my children who needed work done. Upon scheduling the appointments, I shared that They had already had a cleaning there was work that they needed done. There dentist provided me paperwork to find someone else to do that work. I contacted the office spoke with them told them what they needed. And of course, on the day of their appointment I received a phone call stating that they Are canceling their appointment because they’ve already had a cleaning this year. I advised them at that time yes they’ve had a cleaning, but that’s not what they’re coming for. We’ve had that conversation already. I was told that I needed to bring their Referral from their dentist And that they would label this an emergency visit and complete x-rays. Only to bring them into the office and be told that they could not do anything for them. I did not experience these issues at the Manchester location, which unfortunately no longer offers the service I needed. I hope this office improves its administrative communication and professionalism so other patients do not experience the same delays and frustration.

Do not make an appointment with this office. They billed my insurance twice for a cleaning. I didn't realize I was billed twice until 6 months later and having to inquire. The doctor was very dismissive and did not address the issue my daughter was having. I made another appointment with another doctor in the practice hoping to get answers to my daughter's issue. I told staff, dentist and noted in her chart not to use fluoride. The doctor decided that he was going to do it anyway against my strict ORDER NOT TO USE FLOURIDE. When I confronted him on why he did it anyway he just shrugged his shoulders without any remorse. Even the dental tech said, " he does this all the time. He is old school". The doctor had no idea if she was allergic or why i requested no fluoride. He just decided to do whatever he felt like doing and made no apologies for his actions.

I appreciate the work they did on my 16 year son to remove his wisdom teeth. It was memorable moment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, Yes it is a very busy office like any other one so be ready to wait. Other than that I had no issues.

Dentist seemed very “overwhelmed” and had a bit of arrogance/attidye to staff. Didn’t feel comfortable. And I ended up having a broken filling they didn’t treat.

I suggest you don’t even go here. Any new patients please go to a different dentist. Not only are they unprofessional they are inconsiderate of others times and incompetent. I waited a whole hour and a half before even been worked on. There wasn’t a room available for me, yet I had an appointment. I then had to sit in a room waiting for a dentist to become available to work on my tooth. No one checked on me I had to go out the room to see what’s going on. Honestly don’t even bother coming to the place. Choose somewhere else.
