The front desk and administrative staff are always welcoming, professional, and attentive. I usually see a female hygienist who is fantastic—she explains every step before doing it, which makes the entire visit comfortable and easy. Unfortunately, my experience with the male hygienist during my recent visit fell short. He didn't explain what he was doing and was quite rough, leaving me jabbed a few times. I still really like this practice, but I will request a different hygienist for my next six-month cleaning. For the male hygienist, a little more focus on patient communication and care, and my experience would've been much better.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The hygienist was new to me and was very skilled and thorough. I appreciate their care and curtesy.

I’ve been coming here since I was a child. My appointment was set 6 months back and was told that I was able to have my teeth fitting for bleach trays within the same appointment. Once there, they were like oh the scheduler didn’t book enough time so we will see if we can get someone to fit it after your cleaning. By the time the appointment was nearing the end they want to say oh you have spots on your teeth that should be addressed before bleaching. I’m instantly like what spots, the doctor comes in and was like ok we can either bleach the crap out of them or we can put a coating over them. Mind you I’ve been there twice before this year and was told they were spots from my braces that I also have had since I was a child. These same spots were here since I’ve had them bleached in 2019. So at this point I’m frustrated and express that how convenient it is that they failed to appropriately schedule me and now all of a sudden I need more work. So when I express this she goes “well if it were my child I’d want to have this taken care of first but you can do what you’d like, you can go to Westfarms mall for the bleaching.” At this point I’m beyond angry and keep my mouth shut. She walks me to the front and tells the woman at the desk “she’s frustrated because she wanted to get the bleaching trays” I could not believe the lack of professionalism. What did that have to do with anything I didn’t come to the front acting out of character I remained quiet. So now basically they are getting even more money out of me for an issue I’ve had for years. I am NEVER going back and that’s unfortunate because as I’ve stated I’ve been a patient since a child and I’m now 35 years old.

6 month cleaning was excellent. Hygienist did a very good job. Office staff, hygienist and dentist super helpful providing RX sensitivity toothpaste and calling in the script to CVS for future utilization and pickup of same.

Celine, Dr. Guidice, and the rest of their team are simply awesome. From routine cleanings to more advanced dental work, they are thr best. We highly recommend them.
