Amazing experience from start to finish! The front desk staff was welcoming, the manager took the time to reassure me that my daughter was in great hands, and the doctor and assistant were both kind, patient, and professional. They made my daughter feel comfortable throughout her visit. Thank you all for the excellent care—we highly recommend this office!

My kids had an amazing experience at the dentist today, especially since it was my youngest’s very first visit! A huge thank you to Sandra, Sheila, and Mercedes for taking such wonderful care of us. The service in there it’s very bad they have you waiting for years for a dentist to take care of you and for them to call you. I was there almost for three hours for them to take care of My Son teeth. That was worse than you going to the state to receive food stamps. That’s how bad the service is. They need to learn . That’s how bad they service is. They need to learn how to have great service. and take care of the patience the right professional way I will be changing My Son out of the dentist. The dentist is very bad and very unprofessional.

I’m the aunt of a patient and have visited this dental office several times. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve noticed the same issue. Today, there was a employee in the front desk wearing yellow and another employee wearing a denim dress who seemed to be chatting in the back the entire time. Before we checked in and even after we checked out, they were still standing there talking. I also recognize the lady in yellow as the receptionist who has been rude on previous visits when working at the front desk I think her name was pavelli, A more welcoming and professional attitude would make a big difference in the patient experience. That being said, the clinical staff in the back are amazing. They are efficient, friendly, and provide excellent care. We had no wait time at all, which is greatly appreciated. The quality of care from the dental team is what keeps us coming back.

First time going. Went on a semi-emergency basis having had an infected tooth that needed extraction. Upon arriving, I immediately appreciated the amount of parking spaces available. I am handicap and for me that is a big deal. Place was clean. Smiles greeted me from the front desk as soon as I walked in. Many places to sit as well. Filled out paper work and I only waited 15min after my actual appointment time, before I was called in. (Realistically not bad at all). Everyone was very friendly. Kind. I was brought straight back, given an x ray, brought into another room, saw the dentist, got meds for an infection and was out of there all in under 25 minutes. Dentist was very friendly and informative. Appointment was made in several days for the tooth extraction. Overall, I am very pleased and I left feeling confidant in their care.
