It was a great experience. My 8yr old daughter had an appointment for fillings and she had such a great experience. Due to Dr. getting her as comfortable and she can be. They did really good in being really patient with my daughter. Everyone from the receptionist the helpers they all were so helpful and inviting. Thank you so much. 💓

Melany is great! She is patient, kind, and provides great service. I had a great experience thanks to Melany. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. It’s not always easy going to the dentist, but she made it a positive and stress-free experience. Truly appreciate the care and dedication!

The dental assistant and the doctor are kind and wonderful. However, the front desk and most of the staff who manage check‑in are disrespectful and rude. They roll their eyes at you if you correct them. They tried to charge me twice for the same thing, and when I kindly explained that I had already paid, she just rolled her eyes at me. In addition to that, they are breaking HIPAA law. On my account, there were about two to three people listed, and that should never be, because I have always gone there alone. Hope not else have this experience.

Absolutely the WORST dentist I have ever been too in my entire life. Very unprofessional, they are not gentle or careful. They are disrespectful to other dentist offices. the oral surgeon was way too rough with the needle. I had a cavity done yesterday at a different dentist and barely felt the needle go in, and this guy stabbed me so hard, I jumped. He was also very rude and told me if I can’t sit still he is going to refer me to the hospital, after he was being way too rough. He didn’t care I was in pain. He should be shut down. My daughter is not a fan of dentists. She has been coming here and the doing great. The staff is pleasant. Also Batell TX Coordinater was amazing. She was so caring and helped my daughter feel like the most important patient.
