Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

I’m giving 3 stars because of the lack of organization and evident over booking. Otherwise, the ortho and dentistry are good and they’re all nice and respectful, but the reception part is terrible (and that’s the most important part as they’re the first ones ppl have to speak to when they come in). I had an appointment at 8a and wasn’t seen until 10:15. When I went up an hour and a half in…the receptionist only then decided to communicate that they had to “fit me in” because I “didn’t confirm my appointment” but said nothing to me when I checked in when I first came in. Could’ve saved me a lot of time and confusion honestly. When I tried to explain that I did it through the automated text because they never called me to confirm she cut me off to answer a call had me standing waiting for 5 mins and never circled back. Just wanted to collect my money and sit me back down. If the automated texts aren’t connected to you guys why am I receiving those texts to confirm?? They didn’t do their job and call to confirm like they’re supposed to and usually do. Not only are they unprofessional in that sense but now I have to do their job for them and call in myself to make sure they know I’m coming in?? I’ve never seen such a thing…it’s always the other way around.

I had an excellent experience at this location. The receptionist was so sweet and professional the assistant was patient and gentle and the dr asked me all the important questions to create a proper treatment plan. Scheduling was easy, wait time was short. Very professional lovely staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed . highly recommend if you need dental work in the bridgeport / fairfield area

This is my first experience in CT with a dentist and I am quite pleased. Dr. Salim is straight to the point with what needs to be done, which I appreciate. I was scheduled for a root canal. Both Dr. Salim and her assistant Laura were patient with me the whole procedure. Receptionists are really nice as well. Everyone in office seems quite pleasant actually. Definitely will be recommending this dentist to everyone I know.

I had an amazing experience at this dental office. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the dentist was very professional and caring. The front desk ladies were absolutely wonderful friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I truly appreciate the great service and highly recommend this office!

Dr salim is an amazing dentist she patience with the kids. My daughter went in today for a chipped front tooth and she patched it up perfectly. It’s like it never happened. She talked my daughter through while she fixed a few cavities she had. The only thing is, I wish they had a room dedicated and decorated for kids, the tools and equipment looks and sound very scary to kids, but if they were in a room, vibrant and colorful for kids I think it would make kids more comfortable or even to have teddy bears for a kids to hug on while they get their teeth’s clean…. I also got my braces done here. The down payment and the monthly payment is very affordable… 10/10
