Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Hala Mahmod. My family and I have been seeing her for the past 9 years, and she never disappoints. Every visit, she makes us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for. what stands out to me the most is her warm personality and the way she genuinely cares about her patients. She is always patient, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only excellent at what they do but also makes you feel genuinely cared for. We are lucky to have her!

Today I had a wonderful experience. The dentist and the assistant were both very informative and very sweet. They made me feel super comfortable and I feel like my teeth look and feel great. I had two cavities filled and I feel like they did an amazing job. You can barely even tell that there was a cavity there. I look forward to going back.

Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces has exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my first dental office in a strip mall, and for whatever reason I wasn't sure what to expect from them, but the reviews were decent and they take my insurance so I made an appointment. I hadn't been to the dentist in almost two decades and setting up an appointment online with text updates was foreign, but it was easy to do. The entire staff has been friendly and kind. I've been twice now and both times I was called in at my scheduled appointment time. I greatly appreciated not having an excessive wait! The dentist and his team made sure I was comfortable and felt secure about what they were doing then worked quickly and efficiently throughout the appointment. I came in for my first appointment at Dr. Dental in early April, and cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Carmen was my hygienist during that first visit, and she was wonderful. I was in quite a bit of pain and she was incredibly gentle and patient. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable during the X-rays and polishing, and she explained everything in a way that helped ease my anxiety. A few days ago, I returned for three extractions and worked with Brenda, who was just as amazing. She was kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She explained each step and made sure I felt in good hands. Dr. Kim was the most compassionate and pleasant dentist I have seen since I was a child. He took the time to explain what was going on, discussed my treatment options, and helped me begin to create a plan to finally restore my smile. During the extractions, he checked on me frequently to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I had been dreading the dentist for years because of some very negative experiences in the past, but this office completely changed how I feel about dental care. Everyone, including the front office staff, was warm, friendly, and welcoming!

I really enjoyed my experience! Karissa, Ana, and Dr. T were all amazing, as well as the other staff there. They were reasonably priced, and were able to get my braces off at this appointment rather than wait another month! Truly great
