Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Hala Mahmod. My family and I have been seeing her for the past 9 years, and she never disappoints. Every visit, she makes us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for. what stands out to me the most is her warm personality and the way she genuinely cares about her patients. She is always patient, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only excellent at what they do but also makes you feel genuinely cared for. We are lucky to have her!

Dr. MAHMOD was good with me but spent less time with than her assistant. Her assistant was absolutely caring and comforting. She took the time to explain every step. I wear hearing aids but I am seriously deaf. Everyone was so kind and respectful.

“Unfortunately, this is not the first problem I’ve had here. Today was simply the last straw. When I called, I was quoted $57 for a cleaning and I provided my name and phone number. When I arrived and was seated, you pulled up my details. But only after I was in the chair did you say the price would be almost double because I’m not a new patient. That’s not fair and it’s not transparent. If you can pull up my information on the spot, that pricing difference should have been disclosed at the beginning. It gets worse. Previously, I showed up for a scheduled appointment; the door was locked, nobody was there, and no one contacted me. That is unacceptable. At this point, I won’t be back. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.”

Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces has exceeded my expectations in every way. This was my first dental office in a strip mall, and for whatever reason I wasn't sure what to expect from them, but the reviews were decent and they take my insurance so I made an appointment. I hadn't been to the dentist in almost two decades and setting up an appointment online with text updates was foreign, but it was easy to do. The entire staff has been friendly and kind. I've been twice now and both times I was called in at my scheduled appointment time. I greatly appreciated not having an excessive wait! The dentist and his team made sure I was comfortable and felt secure about what they were doing then worked quickly and efficiently throughout the appointment. Dr. halla made my dental anxiety go down immediately. She was so Com explained everything clearly in concisely. I am looking forward to the rest of the work being done as I have not shown my smile in many years I highly recommend.
