Comfort Dental Braces - Lakewood

Flor was absolutely incredible from start of treatment to end! She did what I feel like was majority of my adjustments. This is the 3rd time I’ve had braces and this was the smoothest, most comfortable round. I have no complaints whatsoever and will 10/10 recommend this office and staff to anyone!

It was a long journey to get my teeth fixed, but after about 2.5 years give or take, this is the absolute best my teeth have been and it feels like my tongue is gliding across pearls. Anahi was professional when it came time to take my braces off and make my moulds for my retainers. Doctor Kenny seems to be very knowledgeable and always has an upbeat attitude anytime I come here. I would recommend these folk.

I was initially very happy with the customer service, but unfortunately that changed once my daughter’s braces were placed. Nobody clearly explained that they would only do the top braces first and wait six weeks to do the bottom. I would have been completely fine with that plan if it had actually been explained beforehand. Instead, when I questioned it, I was given excuses about how “the doctor likes to work,” as if I’m supposed to know their process. Even worse, the girl helping us responded with “I told you this,” in a dismissive tone, as if I was deaf or wasn’t listening. It honestly felt like making the sale was more important than making sure a parent understood their child’s treatment plan. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

The dentist and dental assistants are friendly and professional, and I’ve had a positive experience with the staff overall. However, I do feel the scheduling system and appointment availability could be improved. There are limited appointment days available, so rescheduling or getting in for a broken bracket can be difficult. I also recommend carefully reviewing your orthodontic contract before signing, especially regarding the expected treatment timeline and any potential additional fees if your braces are removed earlier or later than discussed. Make sure you ask for a copy for The original pricing agreement!!! Other then that Im happy with my teeth and the progress. They just need better communication.

I’ve been looking for a place to get braces again since moving out here in Colorado, thank goodness I came to Comfort Dental. The staff here is super friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and concerns I have! And Anahi was super great putting my braces on :)
