The actual dental cleaning was great, and my hygienist was friendly, professional, and thorough. The quality of care itself was excellent. However, I ended up taking off two stars because of the environment during my appointment. While I was getting my cleaning, another patient had brought their children, and the kids were running up and down the aisles between the treatment areas. They were quite loud, and several times it sounded like they were right behind my chair, which was startling when you're already in a vulnerable position during a dental procedure. I completely understand that this is a family practice, and I have no issue with children accompanying their parents to appointments. My concern is that there didn't seem to be any effort to keep the children from running through the clinical areas and disturbing other patients. In fact, the front desk staff appeared to be engaging with and encouraging the play rather than redirecting it. Dental visits can be stressful enough without unexpected noise and commotion happening around you. It also struck me as a potential safety concern to have children running through areas where staff are moving between patients and treatment rooms. I think this could be easily addressed by having children remain with their parent during treatment or by creating a designated play area in the waiting room that doesn't disrupt other patients. Again, the care I received was excellent, but the atmosphere during my appointment significantly detracted from the overall experience.

I had a great experience here. I went in for a cleaning on Monday and discovered I needed a root canal. I was leaving for a trip Thursday and the entire team helped me ensure I could get the proper dental work done before leaving. They were beyond generous and kind and did everything they could to squeeze me into the schedule. Thank you to Molly at the front desk, Hannah the hygienist, Carol the dental assistant, and Drs. Son and Hunter. They were so flexible and helpful! Highly recommend.

I can't say enough great things about Sierra Dental! I recently called to schedule a teeth whitening appointment right before I would be flying to my wedding. Molly went above and beyond to make sure I was set up for success. Rather then just booking me in and moving on, Molly proactively suggested scheduling the appointment a few days prior to when I planned and took the time to explain that whitening can sometimes cause sensitivity, so having a buffer before being stuck on an airplane would be really smart! Sierra Dental's staff truly has your best interest and best outcome in their hearts and minds; it is so endearing for my comfort to be of the most importance when going to the dentist. Sierra Dental is a great choice where the staff takes the time to understand and collaborate on the best treatment with you and explains options thoroughly.

Had an amazing experience here. My hygienist was so thorough and walked me through step by step. I also felt like I was heard by Dr Williams (sometimes I feel like dentists talk at you and not with you). Recommended the practice to my husband who is looking for a new dentist!

Dr. Son is the best. Great work on my teeth and the office atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly. The office dog Marley is adorable♥️
