Orthodontics in the Highlands

Exceptional Experience! I wasn’t a patient here, before today. I had a permanent wire retainer on two front teeth, applied in a different state, come loose after 17 years. This wonderful office got me in right away and placed a new wire retainer on my teeth. The staff here is so friendly and the work excellent. The price of the repair was very fair. I had called six other orthodontic clinics. They either wouldn’t do it or wanted up to $500 more to do the same job. I’m so grateful for the awesome service at this clinic.

We’ve received great care here through our kiddo’s expander and braces process. Dr. Baros and her team and kind and supportive. My kid feels safe and comfortable there. We will continue to see them for our second child!

I have never been to a more friendly health/dental/ ortho office. Dr Baros is such a professional and wants the best care for all her patients. Listening to her interact with the kids in her care is so much fun. The staff always has a great smile on their face ( it’s an orthodontist 😊) and I truly appreciate being greeted and cared for to the highest standards by every person in the office.

Normally don’t get tied up in leaving reviews, but this was a very bad experience. I ended up canceling treatment due to the fact that we were months in to it and was got nowhere. Started treatment for my son and they started by putting 2 bands to make space for the expander, which is understandable. The bands kept falling out and we had to return multiple times to put them back in. Same thing with the expander that would eventually get put in and it fell out twice. Last time it fell out during a long weekend and when we came in for the appointment to finally get the braces and they said we had to start with the bands and expander all over again before they could put the braces in. Back to square one. They always made it seem like it was the child's fault or our fault that it was not being cared for correctly. Multiple times they fell out while brushing. With this being said they billed the insurance and we paid over $500 out of pocket to have some tiny bands put in multiple times and they want to keep 30% of the money we paid to have them put two little bands and an expander that fell off twice in his teeth over the span of 3 month or so. Great policy! Not only will they take your money for not doing the work but they make you feel like it is your fault their work is not good. We wasted our time, money and it was all for nothing. Take your business elsewhere. I am.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr Baros and her staff! From the first appointment with my son they have been nothing short of amazing and very informative. I believe the way she treats her staff and patients with such kindness speaks volumes. Thank you to all of these wonderful ladies for taking care of my child’s needs. Keep it up! :)
