Eberle Orthodontics

I signed a contract for $5k in orthodontic treatment with Eberle Orthodontics and, unfortunately, was left with incomplete results. Throughout my treatment, Dr. Eberle was frequently late to appointments, and the office had a notably high turnover of staff, several of whom expressed dissatisfaction with their work environment. Over time, it became clear that Dr. Eberle prioritizes maintaining a high volume of cases rather than cultivating meaningful relationships or ensuring consistent quality of care for her patients. My treatment was ended prematurely without any discussion of my pre- and post-treatment results by Dr.Eberle and without explanation. I also had to personally remind Dr. Eberle to take final photos and X-rays for my records. Although her staff assured me that these would be sent to me via email, I never received them. Having worked in customer service for nearly two decades and holding graduate degrees in healthcare practice, I have a deep appreciation for what good patient care should look like. Unfortunately, my experience with Eberle Orthodontics fell far below that standard.

Dr. Eberle is not only an orthodontist with a great reputation, she is a strong and involved member of the neighborhood. Every year, her young patients are asked to pick nominees for the Best Teacher contest sponsored (of course!) by Eberle Orthodontics. Winning teachers are happily celebrated and given a bunch of goodies (or swag, as they say in Hollywood). It's a fun way to honor teachers. Even better, it empowers Dr. Eberle's young patients and brings our community closer together. Whether you think of Dr. Eberle as a medical practitioner or a small-businesswoman, this kind of contribution to our neighborhood life is truly valuable.

Dr. Eberle and her team are kind, thorough, and make orthodontic treatment a great experience for my daughter. They explained things well, and were so patient and gentle when placing her appliance. I’m so grateful to Dr. Eberle and her team, and highly recommend this practice!

We have had a great experience with Dr. Eberle and her staff. Everyone is so friendly and the office atmosphere is upbeat and relaxed. The office runs efficiently, we rarely (if ever) have to wait to be seen. And most importantly, my daughters’ teeth look AMAZING! Dr. Eberle also offers the option of braces or Invisalign at no additional charge so you can choose which is best for your child without the cost being a factor. Both of my daughters had Invisalign and they now have perfect smiles!

Thank you Dr. Eberle for making a lifelong dream come true! I was referred to her by my general dentist. She's always kind and welcoming (as is the rest of the staff, as busy as they are) and very talented at code switching between adolescent and adult patients within one room. Everyone is super patient and communicative. I'm so pleased with my new smile, and I can't wait to keep showing it off!
