Benson Orthodontics - Dr. Ross Schwartz

Dr. Ross is hands down one of the best orthodontists you could ask for. From the very first consultation, it was clear that Dr. Ross is knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and genuinely invested in long-term results, not quick fixes. Every step of the treatment process was clearly explained, and I always felt confident that I was in expert hands. The entire office runs smoothly, and a big part of that is thanks to Jess. She is warm, welcoming, and incredibly organized, making scheduling and visits easy and stress-free. She brings such a calm, positive energy to the practice and truly makes patients feel cared for from the moment they walk in the door. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who combines clinical excellence with a friendly, professional office environment, Dr. Ross and his team are exceptional. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone searching for top-tier orthodontic care.

First off, the atmosphere was so relaxing, which isn’t something i’m quite used to with dental work. The receptionist was friendly and so willingly accommodating (I’m autistic and she asked if she could lower the lights or turn on music to tune out sounds which was so kind!). The doctor was also kind and made me feel at ease despite my nervousness. Also the office smelled amazing- eucalyptus I believe the receptionist said. Worth noting that the chairs were so extremely comfortable I forgot I wasn’t in a massage chair. I said this to the doctor and he said the chairs were from 2006 which is CRAZY because they were in such amazing shape. I could tell the practice cares about their patients. Highly recommend :)

Dr. Benson was such a pleasure to meet with. His ability to make you feel comfortable and build rapport was amazing. He has a great way of providing you all the information available to make the best decision for your dental care, even if it means referrals to another office. I highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Benson if you are starting your orthodontic journey or looking for a change like I was.

I just met my orthodontist for the first time and I’m calling him Dr. Ross. He was very personable made me feel at ease to basically just say hello. Nice to meet you. We kind of talked about her backgrounds, and after that we then started talking about the options of what might become a visit or not, but I appreciate his warm welcome his honesty and how to look forward to making my next appointment a positive situation thank you Dr. Ross.

Went here for an ortho consultation because I have an impacted tooth. Dr. Ross was very personable and took great care to explain my options moving forward, including the expected timeline and cost estimate. I really appreciated how much he cared.
