Rangewood Orthodontics Downtown

Went for a 9am, was not greeted with a smile.both me and my daughter noticed that’s the staff was unfriendly ( aside from doctor him self). We also noticed that the Communication level while working in my daughter’s mouth, was not favorable. Over all her teeth are looking great but if you’re looking for a friendly staff, rangewood orthodontics is not the place for you.

WOW!!! Dennis was absolutely amazing with my daughter. After 23 months her teeth look perfect and they have become treasured friends. Thank you for EVERYTHING... outstanding service, great prices, and incredible value!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have always had a huge fear of dentists & doctors from my childhood & this office made me feel comfortable, understood, & safe! I am now about 4 months braces free & I love my smile now all thanks to them! They keep you informed always throughout the whole treatment & even have follow-up appointments afterwards to make sure everything is going well with post care. Thank you to the WHOLE STAFF at this office who made this a positive experience!

I went to the Tejon location a little frustrated and Ashley took good care of me. I note that I was frustrated because typically that makes you a more challenging patient to deal with. She went over and beyond to listen to my concerns as well as find a solution. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for that. I wish I could request her every time!

Rangewood was always very welcoming and understanding. In the middle of my treatment I took an elbow to the face playing soccer and two of my teeth were knocked back at a 45 degree angle. Although it slowed down my treatment they were always there with me. I appreciated the office staff, Dr. Kaplan, Dr. Watts, and Ms. Daena for always being there for me and making sure my crazy teeth looked good!
