Rangewood Orthodontics - Banning Lewis Ranch

After being a patient w Rangewood for over 10 years, I had an awful experience today. I got informed of a complete policy change as I had my permanent retainer ripping my tongue to pieces. A wire that had been glued and detached twice in the last 2 weeks based on poor reattachment, this was a pattern I have seen in the last couple years, I had to to back 2-3 times for them to get it right and ave the repair last for a year. This started when it was sold to corporate, the quality of care significantly decreased. They wanted me to pay for their poor work. Once we discussed the situation there was no compassion or understanding showed. The dentists left it to the front office person to send the message while they lurked in the nearby office. I will never set foot in a rangewood office again.

Dr. Lamm and his staff are incredibly patient, accommodating, and are committed to excellent results. The techs are so caring and kind! Both my teenager and my daughter with special needs had expanders and braces here. I am so glad we ended up here!
