The orthodontist and the rest of the clinical team were truly phenomenal. The doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely confident in my treatment plan. The office itself is well-run, clean, and welcoming, and I would absolutely recommend the orthodontist based on the quality of care alone. However, I feel it’s important to mention multiple very negative experiences with the X-ray technician/photographer. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and noticeably unpleasant. It was uncomfortable enough to take away from what was otherwise an excellent visit. Interactions like that can easily discourage patients from returning, regardless of how great the doctor is. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because the quality of the orthodontic care deserves to be matched by a consistently respectful patient experience across the entire staff.

We transferred in from out of state and Gaby was so helpful in getting our care and insurance moved over seamlessly. The staff and doctors are really great with my teen and the whole process is very transparent. We love our new orthodontist!

Best orthodontist in the Springs. Both of my kids have gone here and they treat everyone with kindness and compassion. Highly recommend them to anyone needing braces.
