I am so so so grateful for these guys!!!! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. An extra special THANK YOU to Dianne who helped me schedule my appointment, Elizabeth who assisted me in office, and Dr. Terry who provided excellent service. My retainer broke and I called these guys in a panic to try and get new ones. I was not even a patient of theirs but they were extremely accommodating with scheduling and were able to see me the same day! This was such a relief as I didn’t want my teeth shifting. My molding appointment was super quick. I was in and out in about 20 minutes so I was able to go on my lunch break! The retainers were ready the very next day and the staff was SUPER accommodating when I informed them that I would be running late, as I was coming straight from work. I got my retainers with no issues. If I ever need anything I will be sure to reach out to these guys because the service was excellent. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Dr. Terry and her staff have made the Invisalign process so easy. I'm impressed with the professionalism and clinical expertise of this office. My visits are always fun and educational. Dr. Terry answers all my questions and is so kind. She has 2 office locations which have made it so easy to keep appointments. I've been a patient since Feb 2025. I'm more than half way through the process and have loved the support from Dr. Terry and her staff to make the few lifestyle changes I needed to make. WOW! This is the most gentle, kind, and patient provider I have ever worked with! Dr. Terry performed excellent and quick work on my broken permanent wire retainer. I was turned down by several other orthodontists in the area for this work. Dr. Terry speaks to her staff with such kindness and the vibe in the office is so light that it takes away from my fear of orthodontic work. Dr. Terry and her staff made sure to communicate with me every tiny step of the way and had so much patience with my insurance. Colorado Springs is lucky to have such great care here 🙌

My oldest child just finished his braces with Dr. Terry and now my youngest is receiving his orthodontic treatment. We have been with this practice for years. We find the location and hours convenient for our busy family life, and Dr. Terry is incredibly kind and patient. The office staff has always helped out immediately when we had a broken bracket or when we called for questions.
