Family ortho is comparable in pricing and the friendliest staff! They are so easy to work with and helpful with good reminders and fast responses. We love them! I have 3 kids who need braces and there have not been any problems.

I have had Invisalign done for myself a few years ago and Dr Dean is fantastic . He is now working with my 10 Year old son to determine when he will need braces . I feel very comfortable with his work .

My daughter went in to fix her braces because the elastic band fell off. She got Jane, and she was very rough. She was pulling and pushing really hard while working, and it was painful. Her tools kept pressing against my daughter’s gums, and they bled a lot. After the appointment, my daughter was crying because she was scared and upset by how rough the appointment was. It was a really upsetting experience. We hope she won’t have Jane again because everyone else has always been gentle and kind.

The entire process was seamless, and the overall experience was exactly as explained from the beginning. They were also very accommodating when it came to rescheduling appointments, making the process easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend them.
