As a parent, I was initially overwhelmed and consulted with multiple orthodontists for my children’s complicated cases, but I wasn’t satisfied until I found Dr. Simjee. His level of experience is truly unmatched—I even discovered many of my adult friends went to him when they were kids! The entire staff is amazing, friendly, and professional. A special shout-out to Rosy, Nicole, and Jasmine for being so great! Rosy has been so patient and accommodating over the years whenever my kids needed extra care or had a broken wire. The office is incredibly kid-friendly (my kids live for the summer ice cream and popsicles!) and parent-friendly too, thanks to the cute coffee station. Both of my children finished their journeys with beautiful, straight teeth—and the team even gave them a beautiful little gift to celebrate the day their braces finally came off! We are so grateful—our time with Cool Smiles will forever be a happy chapter in our lives!

I had an amazing experience with Erica, the assistant at Cool Smiles, during my Invisalign treatment! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. Erica took the time to explain every step of the process, making me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. Her attention to detail and positive attitude made each visit a pleasure.
