My son has been going here for his braces and they have been exceptional. They always accommodate as very well. They are very informative on every procedure they have done to my son. Recently, we had to go back to fix his upper retainer as he was elbowed during a soccer practice and Cool Smiles were very helpful.

My daughter was nervous about getting braces. I was nervous for her and spent 6 months after finding out she needed braces researching, reading reviews and finally found Cool Smiles orthodontics. Rosie was amazing the moment I spoke to her on the phone she was kind and compassionate when I explained how not so excited my daughter was about getting braces. She was very understanding and sympathetic. When we came my daughter and I were welcomed with a warm smile instantly she felt at ease. Then we met Jasmine who worked with my daughter who was fabulous sweet fun energetic and very kind to my daughter. Dr Simjee was awesome great side manners also putting my daughter at ease. The place was very nice, clean and welcoming! Highly recommend Dr. Simjee and his staff are the best!
