Dr. Updike has been the orthodontist for our family, and we truly couldn’t be happier with our experience. Two of my children have already completed their treatment here, and our third child will be starting soon — which says a lot about the trust we have in her and her team. She is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly patient and caring. From the very first consultation, she took the time to explain every step of the treatment plan clearly and thoughtfully. As a parent, I truly appreciate how she makes sure both the kids and parents feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The entire office is warm, welcoming, and very well organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and appointments run smoothly. My children actually feel relaxed coming here, which speaks volumes about the positive atmosphere Dr. Updike and her team have created. Most importantly, the results have been amazing. We’ve seen such beautiful improvement in our children’s smiles, and we are truly grateful for the excellent care she provides. I highly recommend Dr. Updike to any family looking for a trustworthy, professional, and compassionate orthodontist.

Genuinely the best experience for us. We tried another orthodontist previously and it ended up being the worst. Felt so guilty as a parent to put my child in that position just because the price was a bit less. Didn’t realize how bad dental experience could be. Was later recommended to try Updike Orthodontics and the difference was incredible. The staff there truly is amazing: gentle, caring, and sincere. Also very refreshing unlike other offices there is a full support staff. My child went from dreading going to the orthodontist to now feeling at ease. Dental work is what it is and prices are what they are. But in the market Updike Orthodontic is very reasonable and honestly you get what you pay for. The Dr is great and so is her team. Wish I would have made a better decision and just started off here. Hope this review is a help to any parents trying to do the best for their kid.

My wife did her Invisalign treatment with Dr. Updike. Dr. Updike and her staff were very supportive and professional. Coming each time was a great experience. They had things for our son to play with and read during the appointment. We’re very thankful for the support and experience with Dr. Updike and her staff. I cannot recommend Dr. Sophia Updike enough after finishing my three-year adult orthodontic treatment. The office is a model for efficiency and professional care; I never waited more than a minute for an appointment, and they were incredibly accommodating with my schedule. The entire team works together seamlessly with a positive energy and genuine happiness that truly lifts you up every time you walk through the door. Dr. Updike consistently went above and beyond our original agreement to ensure the best possible results, even coordinating directly with general dentist to get an expert opinion on a crown adjustment. I am thrilled with the final outcome and the high level of communication throughout the process. This is a top-tier practice that I would recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free and highly effective orthodontic experience.

Dr. Updike and her staff were VERY patient with me. I was going through some personal stuff and it unfortunately rubbed off on her staff I was kind of cold/rude because of mood swings. I eventually got a lot better. Despite that they were still nice to me EVERY single time I came to my appointments. They really did grow on me and I will miss them especially Dr Updike, front desk lady with a great smile, and Tabby. Good people! I also probably rescheduled appointments more than anyone and I feel really bad they definitely deserve a five star. Thank you very much -Allan Mora
