I visited Irvine Smiles Dental at the recommendation of my fiancé, as they've taken good care of her since childhood, and now I can see why. Immediately the staff treated me like family and I was in good hands. I am normally very squeamish and sensitive but they alleviated all my worries. Della, the front desk, welcomed me in with open arms and made me feel welcomed. The Doctor and Nurses also worked skillfully and offered me compassionate guidance on how to protect my teeth. I'm glad I visited and will surely do so again!

Ever since this dental office hired that middle-aged female assistant, I’ve added it to my blacklist. On a rainy day with heavy traffic, I arrived about ten minutes late — and instead of understanding, she scolded me at the front desk for nearly fifteen minutes with an extremely rude attitude. I was shocked. What’s ironic is that on other days when I arrived on time, I often had to wait 15–20 minutes myself, even though the clinic was never that busy. Only the original male assistant truly treated patients with a genuine smile. This one-star review is entirely for that new female assistant — I shouldn’t have to endure her negativity and rudeness. The doctor probably didn’t hear what happened, but if he did, I would strongly suggest dismissing her.

I had a great experience at Irvine Smiles dentistry. Dr Chiang and the dental assistant Lewis were kind, caring and very professional. They took time to explain and advice on the treatments. The receptionist Olga was also very accommodating with booking my next appointment given my time constraints Highly recommend if you're looking for a dentist in OC

I used to be very afraid of going to the dentist, especially when I first came to the U.S. This was my first dental visit here, and I was really nervous. But Dr. Chiang, the dental assistants, and the front desk staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. Dr. Chiang speaks Chinese, which made me feel so much more at ease and comfortable throughout the process. The front desk staff always patiently checked my insurance and helped me schedule appointments. I feel very safe and well taken care of at this dental clinic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a trustworthy and caring dental team.

I had an ease and comfortable experience for my dental visiting this morning. Lewis performed X-Ray very professionally without making you feeling throwing up .which was one reason I hesitated to see my previous dentist . Dr. Chiang did a none- painful skillful dental cleaning for me. He is A kind, patient and compassionate dentist I highly recommended.
