I had really crooked teeth, and the doctor fixed them with Invisalign. The entire team is super knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process. I was searching for an orthodontist in Orange County for a second opinion about getting Invisalign and decided to visit Salt and Light Orthodontics. The appointment process was very easy, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful. Even now, when I call, they always greet me by name. I know it’s a small thing, but I think it really speaks to their attention to detail. In addition to Invisalign, I wanted more information about airway obstruction and whether Invisalign might help improve it. Dr. Stephanie Purnomo gave me a very honest and informed response, and I never felt like I was being sold anything. She was very knowledgeable and even made me feel better about my smile than I initially felt. I truly felt respected and cared for. Although I decided to hold off on Invisalign for now, I did get new retainers through them. The process was simple because they use 3D scans that are sent out to ensure an accurate fit. The retainers came nicely, and the staff was very patient and prioritized my comfort. Overall, I had such a positive experience and would happily return for any future orthodontic needs.

The entire team is friendly and professional, and I really appreciated that they always used my name when speaking with me — it made every visit feel personal and genuine. Dr. P is incredibly sweet, caring, and attentive. I came in with lingering pain that existed even before starting treatment, and she was so supportive and thorough in doing everything she could to help alleviate it. I truly felt listened to and cared for throughout the process. I had a great experience overall and am honestly a little sad that I won’t be seeing the staff as often anymore. I’m very happy with my results and grateful for the level of care I received. The office is also very convenient — lots of parking, easy to get to, and flexible hours that work well for those with busy schedules or full-time jobs.
