We’ve been seeing Dr. Corsa for many years, and five of my children have already had braces here with great outcomes. We’re now starting treatment for two more! The entire team is always kind, professional, and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

I was seen once at the Camden location as part of my Invisalign treatment. Unlike the more modern Moorpark office, the Camden office felt outdated and more child-focused. The décor reminded me of a kindergarten classroom. While my single visit here was routine, it was part of my overall treatment with Corsa Orthodontics, which became deeply troubling once my case was declared “complete.” I was not given a final scan, I was told my last aligner with bite turbos would serve as my permanent retainer, and I was asked to sign a form stating I had received a retainer when I had not. After treatment ended, the most serious problems arose: my written requests for complete dental records were ignored, I only received pre-treatment x-rays, and multiple emails went unanswered. Instead of responding professionally, Dr. Corsa reached out through private Yelp messages, wanting me to call him on his mobile or meet in person to discuss, which was something I found inappropriate, especially after specifically requesting written communication. It also felt wrong that he used Yelp, a platform where I was warning others about misconduct, as a way to bypass accountability. Because of these issues, I filed a 61-page complaint with the Dental Board of California, which is now under review. If you’re considering Invisalign here, ask very direct questions in writing about final scans, retainers, and what’s included in your contract. Based on my experience, concerns were minimized rather than addressed, and transparency was lacking.

Dr. Corsa and his team have been incredibly gracious with their time and service to our family. When we had questions, they took the time to explain. When kids were scared, they moved at the kids' pace. We're so grateful for their care and the results.
