Care Orthodontics

I’ve completed my Invisalign treatment. Overall my experience at Care Orthodontics has been great! They put extensive efforts to address questions/concerns and educate on habits to improve teeth alignment. I enjoyed my time getting treatment here as it is a women run and operated practice, it was a very comfortable environment. I never had an issue with my appointments as my check ups were quick and short to check my tray alignment and rescheduling an appointment is easy as well. I am happy with the result of my treatment and would recommend Care Orthodontics and Dr. Phan as your future orthodontist!

My braces treatment is now done. The doctor is knowledgeable. The staff are very nice and explain the process very well. They are open to questions. If you have any concerns with rubber bands, cleaning, and timeline they can answer for you. The ladies that work here are very kind. They are very approachable and I am happy with my treatment. They are fun to talk to and have a lot of empathy and super sweet.

I’ve had such a great experience with Care Orthodontics, especially with Dr. Nancy and all of the assistants. Everyone here is genuinely so nice, sweet, and welcoming! What I appreciate most about Dr. Nancy is how much she actually listens to my opinions and cares about whether I’m happy with the results. I wasn’t completely satisfied with my results at first, and instead of just telling me that they were good enough, she took my concerns seriously and ordered additional rounds of trays for me. She went above and beyond and did this multiple times until I was happy with the results. I’m really grateful for Dr. Nancy and the entire team at Care Orthodontics. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

The team at care ortho is super friendly and attentive. The whole process from beginning to end was super easy. They helped me gain my confidence with my smile and now I can take picture and smile confidently without being self conscious. Highly recommend to all ages.

This is my 3rd time getting braces (the first two times took place at other offices) but I can finally say I’m satisfied with the results! From the intake process to the braces removal, everything was carefully planned and I always felt like my needs/preferences were tended to. I often saw this one ortho assistant by the name of Ai, and I truly appreciate her for warmly welcoming me every time. The ortho assistant who removed my braces, her name is Thi and she was so gentle. I’m grateful to have completed my braces journey with this office and I recommend going here if you’re juggling between your options!
