We have been working with Dr. Rafati for our 10-year-old daughter’s orthodontic treatment, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, Dr. Rafati has been extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She takes the time to explain every step of the process clearly and always makes sure both parents and child feel comfortable and confident. Our daughter feels at ease during every visit, which means so much to us as parents. The office environment is welcoming, professional, and well-organized, and the staff is always kind and helpful. Even though we are still in the middle of the treatment, we are already more than happy with the progress and the level of care we’ve received. We truly trust Dr. Rafati and highly recommend her to any family looking for an outstanding orthodontist.

My dentist has recommends to go to see Dr. Sima for my son teeth braces. My son needs space for his new teeth to grow in place. My son didn’t have a big jaw and the teeth will overlap. We went and meet Dr. Sima for first time. She is very patient with us when we meetings and try to answer all my questions and concerns. Now, It’s been 1+ year since my son visit Dr. Sima. Every visit experience was pleasant. Dr. Sima is very nice and easy to approach, she always informed us about what she going to do currently meeting and next meeting. Her office is very clean. The staff wipe down the place per patient. The people at the front desk are very nice. They made sure we have our appointment scheduled. Overall the experience for me and my family is great. I would recommend if anyone needs an orthodontic to give Dr Sima a try.

my experience here at rafati orthodontics office has been amazing. i recently got my braces taken off after 5 years, within those 5 years every encounter has been friendly. from the front desk to the doctors, they really care about their patients and go above and beyond every time. i am beyond thankful to have found an amazing place, i recommended anyone who is thinking about braces but is scared of the experience, come in and they will hold your hand, every step of the way.

My two kids started both of their treatments when they were little, both started with spacers, braces and now retainers. They both just finished their treatments very recently. After long years of treatment, the experience was very pleasant and smooth sailing. Everyone is very pleasing and accommodating. Dr. Rafati is very nice, knows every patient very well and she sees to it to explain everything. She makes sure that everything works and is well taken cared of. Super happy and highly recommended.
