Cucalon and Matin Orthodontics: Ocean Avenue, San Francisco Location

We just finished Phase 1 for my daughter. The results were fantastic and beyond that my kid always looked forward to her appointments. The team greats you by name and is kind and thoughtful. We will be back for round 2 in the next few years!

Both my daughters see Dr Matin. She is the best, very busy but always friendly and quick to say hi. We like the convenient appointment times (including Saturdays) to accommodate our busy schedules -- Brianna and Linh work their magic on setting up appointments and making sure we don't forget the next one! The practice has friendly and efficient staff and very modern tools like the Invisalign scanner that was used for modelling -- so much better than that plaster goop I had to deal with! Orthodontics has advanced since my days with braces -- the team at Cucalon and Matin work with you to make the whole experience great! Highly recommend.

We've only started preliminary observations in advance of anticipated orthodontia, but we've had a great experience thus far. The staff and doctors are kind and attentive, and they've done a great job talking us through our options.

Great doctors here. We’re six months into treatment and my daughter’s experience so far has been nothing like what I remember orthodonture to be when I was a kid. No tears yet shed!

Very busy. We once waited over an hour after our appointment time to be seen. That was after I pulled my kid out of school for it. They weren’t apologetic. Hard to get appointments especially when each location is only open every other day and one location is very far away from the other. We have also had to come back several times to get stuff redone on top of the plethora of regular appointments. On the plus side, we are getting the care we need and the location works for us. Also, Reyna, the financial coordinator is a gem. I had no experience with orthodontics prior so maybe this is normal. It has been a just ok experience
