San Diego Invisalign

I just have to give a huge shout-out to the team at San Diego Invisalign! I flew in from Texas for my final appointment, and just my luck, Dr. Duncan, who I was supposed to see, was out sick that day—a super rare occurrence, he’s awesome. I was honestly panicked because I no longer live locally, and rescheduling wasn’t really an option. But Dr. Eshem, who I hadn’t even met before (he’s the one who opened the practice), stepped in personally. He rearranged the schedule and made sure I could be seen. Priscilla and Ashley in the office were absolutely wonderful, too. Even though it threw a massive wrench in their day, they took about two and a half hours to make sure everything was perfect for me. After two years as an Invisalign patient, I’m thrilled with the final results and so grateful for their top-notch customer service. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I had such a great experience at San Diego Invisalign! Everyone is really nice and made the whole process so easy. From the moment I walked in, Ashley at the front desk made me feel so welcome—she was incredibly sweet and helpful. Dr. Duncan was fantastic as well—he took the time to walk me through everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly and patiently. The whole team made the process smooth and stress-free. Highly highly recommend! :)

Avoid this place if you want personalized care. They treat you like 'big data' and strictly follow a one-size-fits-all model without any regard for the individual. It's a very uncaring and clinical environment. I would not trust my family’s health to this team.
