I had the absolute best experience with my Invisalign at La Jolla Village Ortho with Dr Wong! Everything from the ease of scheduling and finding plenty of parking, to the attentiveness of staff and upmost kindness and professionalism of Dr Wong. Dr Wong was patient, communicative and great at explaining the technologies and process of the Invisalign. She helped me achieve the desired corrections in my teeth and has given me new confidence in my smile! Thank you Dr Wong and team at La Jolla Village Ortho!

Where do I start! I searched high and low and consulted with multiple Orthodontist’s before deciding on this office for my adult ortho treatment and I knew immediately I had made the best decision. Dr. Wong’s office feels like a family-style practice, warm, fun, and genuinely welcoming.. but with a modern, fresh energy that makes every visit enjoyable. Honestly, I almost don’t want my treatment to end because I love the staff that much :) The front desk coordinator deserves her own customer service masterclass. She is truly a 100 out of 10 attentive, kind, organized, and always on top of everything. Everyone there works together so seamlessly that you feel like part of the family the moment you walk in. They’ll never let you leave unsatisfied. The entire team will go above and beyond to make sure you’re 100% happy with your treatment And everyone is incredibly gentle, it makes such a difference in orthodontics. & Dr. Wong is the bestie you never knew you needed! fun, caring, and seriously the best at what she does. If you’re looking for an orthodontics office that feels like home but delivers top-tier care, this is the place. I can’t recommend them enough!

I’m beyond satisfied and happy with my experience at La Jolla Orthodontics. Less than 24hrs after I put in an invisiline consult, they responded and got me an appointment right away. Ever since the first meeting, everything was always prompt and very customer service friendly. Their practice is very flexible. They are always pleasant and professional. They were very communicative and prompt with all of my appointments and with my progress. The continuity between both doctors was seamless. The staff was very well trained for their jobs. The location has easy parking. The location is easy to find. Everything is clean. Everyone is engaging. Everyone is knowledgeable about questions you have as a patient. I would absolutely recommend La Jolla for anyone needing orthodontic work!

These guys are the absolute best. Both my kids have had a wonderful experience. The whole team work as a well oiled machine - helping your kids feel safe and giving them excellent care. Can’t thank them enough. I’m going to miss not going and seeing all the wonderful people there!

We've had the best experience with our three boys and also myself (mom with Invisilign) at the La Jolla location! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, beyond helpful, and greets you like you're family. The two orthodontists are outstanding!! They never pressure you to make a decision, they provide all the options and are incredibly gentle during treatments. My boys never complain when they have an upcoming appointment, they look forward to it. The office is impeccably clean, and decorated so lovely and comfortably. The arcade game and chalk wall are both a hit for any kiddo waiting their turn. Speaking of waiting, they are always on time and respect their patients time. I highly recommend this practice and especially the La Jolla office!!
