My son recently started with orthodontic treatment at I-Orthodontic. We both really are happy with the treatment so far. The staff is very cooperative and friendly. My son has had no issues with his treatment so far. They were able to cater to our timelines and help with what was needed for my son. We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Pfeffer. My daughter lost her retainer within the first week of getting it, and when we went back to the office, Dr. Pfeffer was incredibly kind and understanding. She gave my daughter a brand-new retainer at no charge and even shared helpful tips on how to keep from losing it again.
