Going on 3 years and so far the staff have been wonderful. Always will to work with your schedule, my son hasn't complained. He is grateful that his teeth are looking great.

They do NOT listen to what the patient states. If I state I want a Harley retainer, that’s what I should get. I’m paying for it, ITS NOT FREE. When I went to get mine, it was the clear aligner. I call and tell them that it isn’t going to work for me and they tell me okay well I have to give them $600 more to get it changed! I could not afford that and now my teeth are messed up again! Then TODAY after I called them 5x and most recently yesterday to remind them that the wire Hawkeye retainer is what we wanted. They STILL gave my daughter that nasty plastic retainer. I’m about to take them to small claims court if they don’t fix it! I’m not about to be robbed twice!

It was our first visit to Premier Orthodontics. The front receptionists were very nice and welcoming, but the technician and the other staff member were extremely rude. The X-ray technician even yelled at my children during their appointment. I would not recommend this place to any parent — it’s not a friendly environment for kids. Definitely the worst experience we’ve had at a dental office.

This places is so frustrating! My daughters wire came off so I looked it up the website says open til 5pm. So me thinking great I can finish work pick her up and take her…….NO so not the case…..we get there the hours on the door say they are open but in fact they are not! If you’re going to change your hours please change them on the website and the building!!!! So dang frustrating!!

Since the change in staff there has been a significant decline in the level of service. On multiple occasions I have been scheduled to come in and the front office has been completely incompetent and unaware of the reason for the appointment there call center scheduled(lack of effective internal communication). The staff obviously smiles through their teeth as though they are being forced to deal with you rather than offer genuine customer service or support. They provided me with latex rubber bands when I informed the of an allergy early on. Once I mentioned it again they made the switch(after my intial suffering). There is an orthodontist that is completely rude and come off as extremely arrogant and will argue with a client rather than listen and make suggestions. I showed up today an hour early only to wait an hour past my appointment. I checked in with staff as the hour neared and the front desk "person" was oblivious as though she didn't check me in an entire hour ago. As she questioned the reason for the appointment I honestly could not believe how unprofessional and lacking in consideration this office has been reduced to. I was planning on referring family but now I will definitely be washing my hands with this company.
