I can't say enough good things about Premier Orthodontics. They have been so helpful throughout my son's treatment, and we've had such a great experience. His teeth look absolutely beautiful, and we're so happy with the results. Dr. Mayweather is incredibly talented and does amazing work. Carmen at the front desk is always so cheerful, welcoming, and helpful every time we come in. She truly goes above and beyond. The manager, the treatment coordinator, and the entire team work so well together and genuinely care about their patients. If you ever have questions or concerns, just communicate with them. They're always willing to work with you and do what they can to help. I highly recommend Premier Orthodontics to anyone looking for quality care and an amazing team!

My family had the pleasure of working with The Premier Orthodontics team to begin my daughters braces journey. We had been to several different Orthodontist in the Sacramento area and to no avail in trying to get my child braces, everyone made empty promises but never truly delivered or because of our insurance they pushed us out the door! At Premire Orthodontics, Xotchil Sanchez the Treatment Coordinator treated us like family from the moment we walked in! From the beginning the she made sure we understood the process and what to expect in both treatment and my payment options, as a single Mama that one is important making sure it fits within my budget. Dr.Mayweather who came in during our consultation and conversation and gave myself and my daughter a complete and through run down of what the treatment plan is and the length of time it will take to complete. As well as answered all our questions and gave us insight on next steps. Jesse at the front desk amazing 👏🏾 she is the next step in the process which is guiding you through the process of signing and completing the contract to be sure you understand what not only our responsibilities are as a family but also Premier Orthodontics responsibilities. The contract is straightforward and easy to understand and read. I also want to shout the Dental Assistant who assisted on getting my Daughters top braces on, thank you for being kind and patient with my baby girl and guiding her through the process and procedures in beginning her braces journey! And yes we got our top set of braces on the SAME DAY! Where they do that at? Premier Orthodontics😆😉😃! Again Xotchil was amazing she even remembered from our first phone conversation that my 2 youngest were in summer camp to remember small details like that and to be sure to ask, tells me she not only loves her job but cares about who she is bringing into the Premier Orthodontics Family. I couldn't be more excited about the journey ahead and I'm so thankful and full of gratitude for the team here! P.S be patient when you go in this is a very busy office! Which should tell you right off the bat that this is somewhere patients and families come back too, because they CARE! LASTLY TO THE WHOLE TEAM is AMAZING! Unprofessional, from office carry on personal conversations in front of the patients. High volume of patients and appointments take months to get. But they will gladly take your money. If you could get your kid braces else where I would def do so and not get stuck in a contract with unprofessional staff and management. Jessica was the only helpful staff member. But she can only do so much. Not many options for colors and they seem to use cheap materials or inexperienced staff because we follow the diet and brackets still fell off not to mind you the day he got his braces on they tried to leave a wire poking in his mouth . Doctor is nice but very brief

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Look somewhere else So far, my experience has been very disappointing. My daughter has been receiving treatment here for about a year, and as a parent, I want to be informed and involved in her care. I even left work early to attend an appointment so I could ask a few questions about her treatment. Unfortunately, the interaction with the dentist, MICHAEL MAYWEATHER, was discouraging. When I asked my first question, the response was minimal. I waited until he finished working before asking another question, but his reaction made it clear he was annoyed, even glancing at his assistant before giving a very short answer. After that, the atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable. It’s difficult to communicate in that kind of environment. There is very little explanation or education provided about the treatment, and information feels rushed and incomplete. As a healthcare provider, especially in orthodontics where long-term care is involved, it’s important that patients and parents feel informed, respected, and included in the treatment plan. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. Communication has consistently felt limited and unhelpful. In case the end result of her treatment is not appropriate, I had been documenting every time I tried to approach the “healthcare professional “ with these concerns, including dates, times, and the responses given.
