Echoing a lot of the great reviews after having had my exam and consultation for my treatment plan and can happily say every interaction was nothing short of pleasant and courteous! Had xrays, digital 3d modeling, and photoimaging all done for the assessment (all the assistants were so nice and polite) before Dr. Markham personally examined my teeth and jaw health. You can instantly tell Dr. Markham has first-class communication, and he made sure to put me as the patient at the center of my treatment (unlike a lot of very condescending and arrogant orthodontists I've been to in the past). He very quickly earned my trust and without a doubt is truly exceptional. Yvette is amazing as a treatment coordinator and really made the process as smooth as can be, providing a lot of insights I wouldn't have had any idea about. Walked out of there feeling really confident about the journey I'm starting with Dr. Markham and the team. Would highly recommend! P.S. The office is literally the nicest and most aesthetic one I've ever been to, and it helped provide a relaxing and comfortable environment. They keep up with seasonal decorations and it really is a nice touch both seeing them and knowing they are thinking about the details of the client experience.

Beautiful & clean clinic. Staff was very friendly and the entire process of getting set up for Invisalign was smooth. Dr. Markham was very kind and comprehensive in his consultation. Looking forward to moving forward with my treatment plan ☺️

I had my imaging and consult yesterday. You are able to self check-in which is very straight forward and easy to navigate the screen. From the assistant to the treatment coordinator to Dr. Markham, it was a very pleasant experience. I’m looking forward to beginning my treatment soon.

The service is unmatched and I was quite impressed with the technology, knowledge, patience and care! Yvette explained all of the details as Dr. Markham went step by step explaining the intricate details of the attention required for my situation!
