As someone who works in the medical field, I cannot express how wonderful this office has been. I must admit I’m not the best dental patient however, from my first visit to my recent visit, the staff has been wonderful and caring. In addition I would like to say a sincere, thank you to Dr. Ramy You have truly given me the Confidence back in trusting a dentist I have not had the best experience in the past, which led me to not seek treatment for the last couple of years. I am truly grateful for your bedside manner and your Thoroughness words cannot express once again how grateful I am for the wonderful care I received.

Moved from Downey to Riverside I was very worried about my dentist, cause my previous dentist was truly amazing. My husband did a research and found this office and since the first visit dr Figueroa and his entire team have been amazing, profesional, kind and with affordable prices. I’m a horrible patient cause my teeth have many issues and even though Dr Figueroa is always very patient. Everyone is really kind. And they do care about you not only trying to get money from you. Absolutely recommend Dr Figueroa and will continue to come, everyone in my house is going with him now, even my 2yo daughter he is amazing, truly recommend him, the whole team, root canal specialist is also amazing and higiniest lady’s are super sweet and left my teeth brand new

I got a porcelain cap here a while back and to this day I have pain when I bite down on it. Dr. Chang was very willing to adjust my porcelain cap several times although I don't understand why it was never fitted correctly to begin with. He told me that the only way to fix it is now is by doing a root canal. On a separate occasion I asked for a small hole to be filled on a lateral incisor as it appeared to be a cavity. Dr. Chang told me it was not a cavity and that in order to fix it I would have to replace the whole tooth because it is too small to do a filling on. I went to get a second opinion where they told me it was indeed a cavity and were able to fix it within 10 minutes (without having to replace my entire tooth). The way I am billed here appears to maximize the items they can claim through insurance. When I visited a different dentist I paid much less than what I was quoted at Arlington Dental. Additionally, teeth cleaning services here are sub-par. I had to ask the hygienist to put her elbow into it because she was barely doing anything to my teeth. I could've wiped my teeth with a napkin and done a better job. On a separate occasion the hygienist was more focused on chatting than she was with providing services. I will add I absolutely love Leslie she brightened my day at every visit and is very attentive. I appreciate Dr. Changs demeanor and willingness to explain things although clearly I am still left with some confusion.

Dr Figueroa and staff are Awesome. You are acknowledged as soon as you enter the office, usually by your name. Very professional and concerned about your comfort. There is almost never a wait to be seen. I have been a patient here for over 20 years.

Extremely unprofessional experience. I had a scheduled appointment and waited over 30 minutes without being seen. When the doctor finally came in he told me I needed multiple things done… Mind you I had already waited 30-35 mins and had things to do afterwards. When I asked how long it would take, instead of apologizing or giving a clear timeframe, the doctor responded with, “Why, are you in a rush?” That response alone was enough to show the lack of respect for patients’ time. I was told they were “running late with patients”. To make it worse, I was asked to go downstairs because that’s where my hygienist was and when I went to the front deck the doctor asked if I could “at least get my X-rays done,” in a tone as if I owed them something after sitting there waiting. That felt dismissive and inappropriate. After more waiting, I was told to wait longer because the hygienist was not ready for me due to cleaning. I decided I was going to leave and told the receptionist. Suddenly, she said, “She’s ready for you.” The problem was the hygienist was nowhere to be found. When that became obvious, the story changed to “She’s still cleaning.” Being busy is understandable. Being rude and dismissive isn’t. Overall this place has gone downhill over the years, they are ALWAYS super inconsiderate of their patients time. Patients deserve professionalism, communication, and basic respect and you will not find it here!!!
