Couldn’t have asked for a better orthodontist than Dr. Caesar. Never rushed anything and made sure I was happy every step of the way. Great to know that if I ever need anything I know where to go. Had a great experience with the entire ortho team. 10/10

I’ve had such a wonderful experience at Total Dental! The level of professionalism is truly amazing, and everyone is always so friendly, welcoming, and willing to answer all of my questions. What really stands out to me is how attentive the team is. They remember important details I’ve mentioned during previous appointments, which makes me feel genuinely listened to and cared for. That level of thoughtfulness really makes a difference. Michelle, Dr. Caesar, Janey, and Claudia are all wonderful, and I’m so grateful for the care they’ve provided throughout my treatment. The entire team has been amazing, and I would absolutely recommend Total Dental to anyone looking for great orthodontic care!

Absolutely fantastic experience! The ambiance is so open and welcome, and Dr.Connors and the whole staff went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible for my wisdom teeth removal. I recently went to Total Health following a traumatic bicycle accident that left me with a concussion, black eye and two chipped front teeth. Let me start off and say: the staff is very nice. They get you in quickly, have the latest equipment and lots of specialists. Here's why I'm giving one star: this place seeks to profit and prey on people in rough situations. My two front teeth were chipped and cracked so severely, my ER visit included a visit from a dental surgeon for a temporary fix. Coming in here I was excited to finally have a fast appointment, but quickly realized WHY this company has so many resources. You will be treated with smiles only to realize you are a shining wallet in their eyes. The dentist said my work was COSMETIC (yes, you read that right) and informed me that WITH insurance IN NETWORK the cost would be $3,500+. I then proceeded to find two other practices (La Clinica in Oakland and Aloha Dental in San Mateo) and both practices said "there is no manner in which this work is cosmetic, this is emergency work". I ended up finding treatment elsewhere and got my teeth fixed with an OUT OF NETWORK dentist for only $250. Do not let Total Health rob you and be weary of large commercial practices. There's a reason they have so much money for all this equipment and space. They use you as their money funnel. Always get a second opinion and trust your gut.
