Overall, the process and results were fine. Dr.Carrington himself genuinely cares about the patients and the results. However, there were several expectations set throughout the treatment that missed the mark. This is a lifetime treatment, that should be made clear in the beginning. There is a disconnect between what the staff tells you about the next appointment vs the doctor. This sets expectations for the next appointment. (Patient walks in thinking ok this is my last appointment, or ok this is the appointment where he tells me I only have to wear the trays at night) I left disappointed many times because of the confusing mixed messages I received. My dentist and Dr.Carrington didn’t agree on when the treatment was finished which led to an even longer treatment than initially thought. If I could go back, knowing everything I know now I would have to seriously consider before doing this again.

Dr Carrington was so sweet to me I actually got a little teary! I had been told by a dentist I went to using a Groupon (I know, not smart..) that I needed 10K of work including Invisalign. I went to Dr. C for a second opinion and he was so kind and generous with me and we had a few laughs too. He told me my teeth are fine and that trying to realign them may cause more problems than it solves. I so appreciate his honesty and he also referred me to an ethical and conservative dentist. I can't speak more highly of my experience and also his staff was wonderful too (Rosalinda).

Dr Carrington and his staff are all wonderful. I’m going through almost two years in adult braces and feel very well taken care of, and my teeth have made big progress already!

Best Orthodontist in the Region. This is the beginning of my Seventh person getting Braces. I would go to no other office for this special job.

The Orthodontic Center is a place of excellence. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and Dr Carrington is extremely knowledgeable. I have been going here for my Invisalign trays and the process has been seamless. I will definitely recommend them for anyone that wants to get their teeth taken care of.
