Dear Dr. Bayrakdarian, Letty, and the entire Unique Orthodontics Team, I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care, kindness, and professionalism you’ve shown throughout the years with myself and son’s orthodontic journeys. From our very first visit, we felt welcomed, heard, and truly cared for — something that made all the difference especially in these current times we are facing :( Dr. Bayrakdarian, your expertise and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the process. Thank you for your dedication, compassion and for always taking the time to explain each step along the way. Letty, your warmth and helpfulness never went unnoticed — you have a gift for making patients feel at ease. And to the entire office staff, thank you for your efficiency, patience, and always greeting me with a smile. It’s rare to find a team that not only delivers excellent results but also creates such a positive and uplifting experience. I’m truly grateful for everything you've done and will always remember the care we have received/receiving at Unique Orthodontics many more referrals will be given to all my friends and family & co-workers as well :)

Do not recommend this place! Waiting time can be over 45 mins to over an hour. I had to leave before because we couldn’t sit and wait that long. Supervisor called to apologize and offered me a gift card next time we came in. Never got the gift card and then had to sit and wait again for my child to be seen. Your time is NOT important to them. The manager even told me they know the waiting time is an issue and they’re working on it. (Doesn’t seem like anything has changed). We are definitely not the only ones who have complained about this. We chose to take my other child to a different orthodontist since dealing with unique and it is a night and day difference. We will never return here. They also have a sign at the front that if you leave a good review you get a Starbucks gift card.

Making us wait for over 30 minutes. If your staff works in a slow pace don't tell me to be here in a specific time. I don't play with nobody's time. BE PROFESSIONAL ! I bet if I'm the one late this place will charge you and reschedule your appointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

Great customer service. We were in and out very quickly. Our questions were well answered and the staff was very nice. Would highly recommend

This is my second time using this orthodontist, so I have seen how they operated 10 years ago vs now. Every appointment I wait for an hour plus, which I've come to expect. However, I was called today to come in early. Sure, fine if that's what they need for me. However, if I'm coming in an hour early, I expect to be seen before my previous appointment time. I took a head count of those I saw when I came in, and they were all gone by 15 past my first appointment time. I asked the office manager if I could please reschedule since we're much past my rescheduled time and my original time. She was super nice and explained that they had a gap in their schedule, but now they don't. Thing is, as we all know, it's hard getting time off work last second, especially when it had no benefit and you're missing more work. I personally suggest not accepting earlier appointments unless you have a clear schedule, and time to kill.
