The entire team is great! They greet you and the doctors and hygienists are great. They work hard to accommodate your schedule! I drive from the IE every three months for my regular checkup and maintenance! I am 69 years old and have been with them for years!

I had an appointment scheduled early this year that I couldn’t end up making because of a painful medical ailment. It was scheduled for a Monday and I called Friday morning and was told I’d be charged a $250 cancelation fee. When I was trying to explain that I was in pain and wouldn’t be able to sit in the chair, I was extensively guilt tripped with them saying I had already rescheduled the appointment before and they couldn’t fill that previous time slot. Cool, not my problem as I had rescheduled that appointment within the allotted time. After the phone call I decided I would rather deal with the $250 cancelation fee rather than spend over $2k of dental work there. I called back but they were already out of office (by 10am on a Friday) so I left a message. They then, without my knowledge or consent, charged the cancelation fee to my FSA card without even sending me a receipt or confirmation or anything. It wasn’t until a month later that I realized when I got a pause notification from my FSA account because of the denied claim since they don’t cover cancelation fees. I’ve never had a dentist charge my card without my permission first. I will never be back.

I hate going to the dentist and suffer from dental anxiety. I had avoided going for some time but needed to visit. The team at the Smile Artists were very patient with me and were always checking in on me and how I was feeling. I didn’t feel any judgment from them at all and they could definitely judge me after delaying a visit for so long. Dr. Patricia Huh explained everything to me before treatment and was very calm and reassuring. I highly recommend their office

I’ve been coming to The Smile Artists for at least 7 years. I can honestly say their team is the best and Dr. A is top notch. Highly recommend.

The staff is so caring... from Diana in the front office, Deanna a very gentle hygienist to Dr. Huh who spent a lot of time going over everything with me...I felt very well cared for. And Debbie who took the x-rays! Thank you all 👏
