Fuller Smiles - Venice

My first visit with dentist. I’d say he did a great job on our first cleaning. Dentist was aligned with my dental goals that carried on from my previous general dentistry.

I absolutely love this dental office. All the ladies are so friendly, the atmosphere is serene and decor impeccable. I always leave with answered questions and excellent solutions for dental care. To top it off, Dr. Nancy is the best! I would highly recommend this particular dental office. I wrote the top portion before, however, I couldn't be more grateful for getting teeth clean without pain today. You all are awesome!

Dr. Ben was very nice but the desk ladies are useless. They left me alone at the chair with stuff stuck in my mouth that was painful and they also never respond to calls or emails and require multiple follow-ups. I don't know how they keep the place running. Never using their facility again.

It was a beautiful office. The staff was great, the atmosphere and music i enjoyed. I glad to finally find a dentist office i can feel comfortable at.

Mostly good experience! I had my top two wisdom teeth removed. I was freaking out really bad since I was going to be awake and had a bad experience during my first tooth extraction, the reception staff and the doctor really helped ease my anxiety. Theres also a tv in the room which is a nice distraction. There were two nurses assigned to me, one of them was very kind and gave me a stress ball and answered all my questions. There was one nurse who was quite mean/rude to me through my experience which kind of heightened my anxiety. Just no kindness from the start, rolling her eyes because I was scared and got upset at me when I didn’t hear her to stand up at one point. I told my friend who was in the waiting room about the experience, and she actually identified the nurse because she was apparently looking frustrated talking to a staff member and making annoyed gestures towards the room I was in. I can understand where it comes from since I have a huge fear of dentists due to a bad past experience, so I am very anxious but she was pretty rude to me from the start even before my anxiety was clear . Good experience over all, and I am appreciative of the patience the rest of the staff had.
