Ozuki was very nice and sweet. Made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Hope to get her again next time. Everyone is very nice. They are always willing to help with requests and questions. My 3 kids got their braces with this company but Whittier location and I decided to do a revision due to the amazing job and service they provided. But I decided to go to the Anaheim location due to being close to the freeway. Well, I am so happy I went with this location. Everyone is so nice, have nothing negative to say.

I’m honestly so frustrated with this place, especially their scheduling. Every appointment has to be booked like 3 months in advance, which is already ridiculous. People have lives. Things come up. Sometimes you need to reschedule an appointment, and that is completely normal. But apparently here, if you need to change ONE appointment, you have to wait another TWO MONTHS just to get back in. How does that make any sense for an orthodontic office where patients are supposed to come in regularly for adjustments? I’m paying for my braces completely out of pocket, and I’ve already spent so much money on this treatment. Now my treatment is getting pushed back because THEY don’t have enough appointments available for the number of patients they’ve taken on. If you can’t handle this many patients, then maybe stop accepting so many new patients?? Existing patients shouldn’t have their treatment delayed for months because the office is overbooked. And on top of all that, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. I wasn’t asking for some crazy special treatment. I was literally just trying to figure out how I’m supposed to stay on track with my treatment when their “next available” is TWO MONTHS away. The attitude I got was completely unnecessary. Basic customer service and basic respect shouldn’t be too much to ask. I understand being busy. I understand not having an appointment tomorrow or even next week. But making an existing patient wait two extra months because they had to reschedule ONE appointment is insane. I paid a lot of money and trusted this office with my orthodontic treatment. I shouldn’t have to worry about my treatment getting delayed just because they’re taking on more patients than they can actually accommodate

My experience was pleasant. The whole staffing had great customer service and all were professional. Feedback is just having more availability when coming to scheduling Their appointments are very limited, not a lot of options on days and time frames…

Dr. Lili & Associates are great! Although the dentist's is not that friendly or welcoming. I still like the location and affordability of my daughter’s braces. I also travel pretty far and gotten comfortable with the commute. The waiting time is a bit long sometimes but the work on my daughter’s braces I absolutely love. I also think if you are going to make patients wait, also give them grace when they are a little late. My daughter and I like the atmosphere.

Facilities were great (clean, etc.), but my biggest complaint is that the staff overall didn’t take the time to educate or inform me about the steps of treatment or what’s going on. I’ve had three appointments now, and it’s been a common thread. For context, I got adult metal braces. The underlying vibe is they expect you sit down and not ask any questions. No one offered any explanations as we went or asked if I had any questions. We sat in silence most of the 2nd appointment. The 3rd we added rubber bands and power chains, and I spent the night after Googling how often to replace the rubber bands and which direction my teeth are supposed to move.. Maybe they’re used to working with kids? But I wouldn’t recommend if you like to know what’s going on and not feel like a bother. Even the front desk rushed me away. They were quick to say bye RIGHT after I chose my next appointment date and did so three different times, and it felt awkward to bring up that I needed help with more things like my insurance, payment, etc. The office/front desk wasn’t even busy at the time.. This contributed to the weird, sterile feeling of being in there - despite the nice flowers, TVs, and handwritten welcome sign. You don’t need all that - just to be kind, friendly, and patient with people. In other words, the facilities don’t make up for the culture / customer service there. Still feels disingenuous and that they just want you to leave. To the front desk people especially, I always make a point to smile and say “Hi!”, but they just make me feel bad after and a bother.. Wish I liked coming into my appointments more, but pretty disappointed all around.
