Yesterday I just walked in because my tooth broke. I didn’t have an appointment and so I figured I’d have to wait for the examination and then come back for whatever treatment I needed but no, that wasn’t the case. Dr Kim was able to see me asap and even started my crown. Now that’s what I call VIP service. My family and I have been to the office several times last year for routine check up and maintenance and deep cleaning and each time our experience has been fantastic. I’m glad we found this office because the staff is very understanding and puts you at ease and the dental work itself is top notch. The dentist listens to you and explains everything in detail to where you understand and it’s not overwhelming. I appreciate that so if your looking for a new dentist or even have an emergency I say call USmile because they will take care of you like they have with me and my family.

I really love this dentist office. Liz is super friendly and always makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Dr. Kim is great — professional, gentle, and easy to talk to. The whole visit was easy and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a solid, trustworthy dental team! Best dental spot in Anaheim !

My husband found this place on yelp, its close by our house so I decided to give it a try. From the process of signing up as a new patient, requesting approval from insurance, setting up appointments, it was very smooth and fast, all thanks to Liz and Itzel. Met with Dr. Kim last week for a consult, although it was a brief, she was clear and professional of what I needed for the treatment plan. About to get a full mouth deep cleaning with Dr. Lee, will update how it go in a couple weeks.

Front desk girls were very welcoming and helpful. Dental assistant was great and the Dentist was super kind, thorough, and helpful. I came from another dentist who couldn’t help me and had horrible customer service. I’m excited to find an office that is starting off promising. Also the facility smells amazing and is very clean.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had one of the most unprofessional and disheartening experiences I’ve ever encountered at a dental office. I first came in as a new patient about two months ago and was presented with a treatment plan. I told them I wanted to hold off for personal reasons. During that visit, someone on staff emphasized that “My insurance doesn’t pay much for root canals” — supposedly to reassure me they weren’t recommending unnecessary treatment. That comment felt inappropriate and unnecessary, especially as I was still trying to process my treatment plan. Fast forward about 3.5 weeks ago — I called back in severe dental pain, finally ready to move forward. The office submitted an insurance authorization and told me it would take about 2 weeks. I followed up weekly, and each time, not only was there no update, but the staff made it very clear they were annoyed by my calls. I remained polite and patient, even though I was in constant pain. After three weeks of this, I contacted my insurance directly (on 10/08/2025), only to learn that my root canal had been approved on 10/07/2025 — and the office had already been notified. I immediately called back to schedule, and that’s when things got worse. Lizette, the office manager, answered and told me she hadn’t received any authorization. I calmly explained what my insurance had shared, even offering her the authorization number and necessary codes to help. Instead of working with me, she cut me off and said, “umm Jennifer you’re coming off strong, and I can dismiss you for this.” Let me be clear: I was not rude or disrespectful. I was a patient in excruciating pain trying to help move things forward. I reminded her I had been waiting for weeks. Her response? “I’m the office manager. I can refuse service to you.” Then, after I told her how unprofessional and uncaring that was, she said, “You know what? Good luck with your treatment plan. I’m not scheduling you,” and hung up on me. This office lacks basic compassion, professionalism, and ethical standards. They judged me for not agreeing to treatment immediately. They delayed my care, even after approval. And when I tried to advocate for myself, they retaliated by denying service entirely. I work in the medical field myself, and I would never treat a patient the way I was treated here. If you value respectful care and communication especially during a medical emergency, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. I will also be reporting this office to the appropriate dental board.
