The staff is very friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Every visit, im in and out. They get straight to the service & booking appointments is smooth and easy. Im very happy with Lili & Associate’s and what they are doing for me. I would definitely recommend all my Family & friends.

We had a great experience with Dr Lili’s office. Their staff is very friendly. My daughter was seen shortly upon arrival every time without having to wait too long. They also take the time to explain the treatment. I would highly recommend them. Keep up the great work Dr. Lili’s office!

After my appointment for the cable installation, I felt like I had a needle in my mouth. By the second day, I could no longer open my mouth because there was too much wire, which cut the inside of my mouth. I had to take a day off work to go back, resulting in lost wages and many other inconveniences. Upon arriving, they attended to me and told me it was “normal” until finally, someone more trained examined me and confirmed that the work had been poorly done. It seems that the staff is still in training and does not have the experience to provide adequate service. This is very unsettling, as this is a delicate treatment, and in my case, it has been handled with a total lack of professionalism. I requested to speak with the general manager, a woman named María, but she hid, claiming she was busy and would call me later. That call never came. I feel completely ignored, as if she doesn’t care about what happens to the patients. This is very concerning, especially considering that the treatment costs more than $4800 for two years, and one expects to receive quality service for that price. The lack of communication, the manager’s evasive attitude, and the staff’s lack of training make this place completely not recommended. I cannot trust that they will offer me quality service in the future, and I am afraid this will cause further damage to my oral health. Please take this into consideration if you are thinking about getting treatment here. It is essential that the staff is well-trained and that responsible service is provided, especially when it comes to something as important as dental health.

The staff is great!! Super friendly, professional and patient when helping others. Ive been taking my son for years and never had a complaint.
