Great staff, clean very new office everyone is so nice. This is honestly, the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office!!! all the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable!! Absolutely recommend.

Don't come here if you are needing a tooth extracted. Front desk ladies are rude on the phone. They drag their feet with prior authorizations. When they finally do get it completed, you are railroaded through the extraction. I was told I was getting sedated, I wasng sedated, I was given twilight meds. I remember all the procedure which has further added to my dental phobia. I was sent home with a slip of paper that isn't even grammatically correct. I had to call to have my antibiotics and pain meds sent to the pharmacy. I called again 2 hrs later asking about my pain medication. I was told the doctor never left notes about pain meds. I was told that there wasn't anything anyone could do and that Id have to wait until monday. I had my procedure done on a Friday. Ive had to go to the emergency room for pain management. If you have AHCCS, dont come here. You'll be treated like a paycheck and an idiot.

Caroline is a highly skilled/experienced practitioner with a great personality. She always conveys a comforting degree of self-assurance and performs complicated procedures with confidence and efficiency. The facility is beautiful and the staff has always been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

One of the WORST run medical offices I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Unprofessional does not even begin to cover it. My husband was given a referral to this office almost 6 months ago to get 4 teeth pulled urgently due to broken teeth and an infection. We have been given the run around for weeks and weeks and no one ever calls us back!!! I have called numerous times, left numerous messages, with endless promises from a variety of staff members that there will be a returned phone call to schedule his surgery and big surprise, 3 weeks have gone by and not one person has called!! The infection has spread so badly that my husband is in excruciating pain 24 hours a day and can barely eat food because these bad teeth have not been pulled. The office is aware of all of this and does not care! This is pure MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE. I am filling a complaint with BBB and numerous other places!

Incorrectly charged, waiting over a year for my check in the mail. Told different information every time I call. If I owed I'd be in collections by now. Where is my interest on the money you refuse to return??? If it was in my bank account I'd be getting 3.4 percent. I'd like my interest as well, crazy how this world works huh. Dirty company tactics.
