This whole dental practice is great! I've been to 5 different practices in my life, and these hygienists cause the least pain while doing an excellent cleaning. I had April today and she's especially quick. The doctors spend time to make sure you are cared for, whereas some other practices make you feel like an item on an assembly line. I've had Drs Carr, G, and Orlando (today was Orlando), and it was a very positive experience with all of them, even when they had to deliver bad news about cavities. Everyone makes you feel welcome and like a friend of the practice. The front desk is social and kind, and they remembered some details I've shared about my personal life. They handle insurance well and know insurance well. I'm happy with the prices. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to my friends. Oh, and I love the decorations and music in the office - new age, eclectic, and artistic, rather than a bland medical office feel. The whole practice feels human, with personality and life.

Front desk holds high customer service standards and was flexible with scheduling. The nurse and everyone else answered all my questions as requested before moving forward.
