Dr. Carr and his staff are outstanding. I've been seeing Dr. Carr for all my dental needs for close to 20 years now. My wife and my children see him as well. Whenever I have a friend or an acquaintance who needs a dentist, he is always the first person I recommend. His staff is professional, caring, and personable. My favorite thing about Dr. Carr is his knowledge and his honesty and straightforwardness regarding recommendations. You will never feel pressured to do something that you don't want to do or don't need to do. He will educate and empower you and let you make the decision that's right for you. His staff will find out all the details needed for any insurance you may have and make sure you're aware of what coverage you have or may not have, and even help you be strategic regarding the timing of procedures. His office is easy to access, being located right off the 101 on the Tempe-Scottsdale border. Went in as a first patient for a routine cleaning after having neglected the dentist for years. All the staff were super attentive, friendly, and most important of all, knowledgeable. Dr. Carr went above and beyond providing extra services to help with future preventative care. Cannot recommend this dental office enough. The cleaning/debridement was pain-free, thorough, and efficient. They will walk you through the process and continue to let you know exactly what they are doing during treatment. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to walking out the door after, I received exceptional care. They knew I was nervous because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while, and every single person I encountered was so kind and sweet. They explained everything in detail and also walked me through my treatment plan to where I could understand it. I have now been back several times and each time I am met with sincere kindness and willingness to ease my nervousness. They have been so helpful in getting my smile corrected and I am so thankful to have found them.

I have been a patient of Dr. Carr for over 6 years now and it’s been nothing but a great experience every visit. The ladies up front are always smiling as soon as you walk through the door. I have had my teeth cleaned by multiple hygienists and everyone does a great job. They always put the patient first and ask if you’re doing okay or if you’re in pain, they stop. Everyone is very transparent in the office. As a patient I always feel at ease because I can see what they are doing on the screen and they explain every step along the way. Dr. Carr is simply the best! He explains everything thoroughly, ensures you understand the treatment plan, and gives you options for treatment plans. Many people don’t like coming to the dentist, but everyone at Dr. Carr’s office make it a pleasant experience.
