Dr. Owtad is truly one of a kind in today’s orthodontic world. He has deep knowledge in both orthodontics and TMJ. He takes a more natural organic minimalist less intrusive approach when planning treatment. I came to him with a TMJ issue caused by my previous orthodontist. Dr. Owtad carefully walked through my case with me and explained everything step by step. I have seen at least 10 orthodontists and dentists. Dr. Owtad’s treatment plan felt different and more sincere. His focus was clear: first, stabilize the TMJ and take care of the jaw. Then, once things are stable, adjust the bite properly and carefully. He recommended wearing a splint for three months, and then we will re-evaluate after that. I finally feel confident and at peace. His integrity and care make a big difference. I finally found him! He is truly a gem.
