I had my first root canal today and was extremely nervous going in. In the past, whenever I’ve had dental work done, the lidocaine shots were painful and I could still feel pain during the procedure, so I was really anxious about this appointment. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff and dental assistant were incredibly kind and reassuring. They made me feel comfortable right away and helped calm my nerves. Dr. Roy Shim did an amazing job. I didn’t even feel the lidocaine shots, which has never happened to me before, and I felt absolutely no pain during the root canal itself. Dr. Shim also checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated. This was honestly the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m so grateful to Dr. Shim and the entire team for being so caring and professional. I highly recommend them

Completely satisfied with Dr. Shim’s work on my crowns and emergency treatment. The office was super helpful and worked with me when my insurance was giving me trouble. The rest of the staff is super friendly too!

This is the most horrible dentist I have ever been to. Supposedly they gave me a deep cleaning and about a week and half later I found another dentist Marjan Nejad when i had my first appointment with her she gave me a oral exam and she asked me when did you get your deep cleaning I told her about 2 and a half weeks ago. She told me that well I'm sorry but you have all kind of tarter build up. And she told me that I do need a deep cleaning well she put the referral into my insurance company they denied my deep cleaning because this dentist already got paid for a deep cleaning this dentist is the most horrible dentist I have ever seen. He took money from my insurance company and now I got screwed if I could tell anyone do not ever see this dentist he is a rip off and now I have to wait 2 years for my cleaning. Thanks Alot you horrible dentist and ripping off my insurance thanks for nothing
