Everyone was great, from the office staff to the dental hygienist and Dr. Shim himself. I called about a tooth that had just lost a filling and they were able to fit me in very quickly (just a couple days after my call). The office staff were very patient and diligent in helping to ensure my insurance would cover my visit. I had an exam and a cleaning, and they were even able to fit me in the same day to get a root canal and crown. The same-day crown process was a great choice; its tough to imagine going back to the lab-based approach after this experience. Dr. Shim worked quickly and the recovery from the procedure was much quicker than past experiences with other dentists. The pricing was reasonable/standard. Overall, based on the excellent service and deft work of Dr. Shim, I consider it a great value. I definitely just found my new dentist.

Completely satisfied with Dr. Shim’s work on my crowns and emergency treatment. The office was super helpful and worked with me when my insurance was giving me trouble. The rest of the staff is super friendly too!

Dr. Shim is an excellent dentist. I believe he has given me 4 or 5 crowns over the last 10 years. He works quickly without compromising the quality of his work. The staff is very nice as well.

I had a new patient appointment for a cleaning, arrived on time and completed paperwork prior to arrival. They only did X-rays and exam. They wouldn’t do a cleaning saying that requires another visit (also another charge). This has never happened to me before. I recommend finding another dentist in the area.
