Carmen and Dr. Jones are amazing. I had a very professional experience with both of them. Carmen went over all the details and helped me set up a payment plan to begin treatment. Dr. Jones answered all of my questions and addressed every concern. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is due to the young lady who took my X-rays. When she called me back, she didn’t say my name and simply said, “Are you ready?” while I was looking at my phone, which felt unprofessional. During the evaluation, she was also very rough, even after I mentioned twice that she was pushing down too hard. Despite that experience, I’m glad I stayed. I would still highly recommend Carmen and Dr. Jones for your orthodontic needs.

Not open on the weekend if anything goes wrong with your braces. My daughter had a band come off at school on Friday. Rusty jones closed at 3pm now we wait until Monday. My daughter started to get a sore and looking it up online since the place is closed made it seem like we needed to get this fixed. Well, it’s Monday and I sent my daughter in to do a walk in as I was told to do. As she waits a half hour and I was told it’s an easy fix of a band/bracket…..no one gets her back to look at it. I had to go in and say something. It literally took 2 minutes if that to put a band in and bend a bracket. Then I felt like I got a look, by one of the workers at the desk and I did not like that. Not precessional. They don’t ask questions and make you wait. Also, rusty jones switches locations between 75th Ave and their baseline location. Don’t bother with this place. I have 4 kids a job and this place is a hassle to do business with. I have a whole lot more to say but I’m done wasting my time and energy on this place.

Me and my two children had a great experience at Rusty Jones. I had Invisalign and my children have braces. We all have awesome smiles thanks to Rusty Jones. 😊

Almost 2 years of braces. Every visit was efficient and thorough. Dr Jones and associates were really good and took great care of our sons teeth. Everyone at the front desk was quick to help us checking in and scheduling next appointments. Overall experience was 10/10. Thank you!

RJ ORTHOPEDIC HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS GREET U WITH A SMILE AND ON TOP OF ALL THAT THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK THE DR ARE VERY OPEN MAKE U FEEL COMFORTABLE . I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE TREATMENT THAT THEY DID ON MY MOUTH I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE 10 OUT OF 10 THANKS FOR ALL OF YALL GREAT WORK
