I went in because they had the best prices for braces. They gave me three options and the lowest down payment of $50 and very affordable monthly payments. I went in because it was a cheap payment for me compared to other places I called but I left knowing we were in good hands, the staff are all really friendly, the office is really clean. They took care of our needs. I'm so glad I ended up there because they choice felt right after I got there. They even offer complimentary drinks for waiting. I recommend trying them out first

I went here as a kid back in 2016-2018 for my braces and my teeth came out great. Since then I have brought my wife for braces and her teeth have also game out great. Now my son is there for an upper spacer, braces, and a temporary tooth retainer. I trust Rusty Jones with my teeth and my family’s teeth. Dr. Jones is extremely knowledgeable, all the staff are super kind and friendly, even some of the staff remember me going there when I was a kid. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but with Dr. Jones. Also a huge thank you to Dr. Jones and all the staff!

As an older adult getting braces for the first time, I was nervous and didn’t know what my experience would be. Dr. Rusty Jones and his team has made me feel comfortable and I’m always greeted with a welcome and smile when I come in. What I appreciate the most is Dr. Jones always acknowledges me by name and asks how I’m doing. The customer service and warmth I feel is consistent each time I go.I love my braces and the progress.

What I liked most was how comfortable the atmosphere felt. Some dental offices make you feel like you’re being pushed through an assembly line, but this place feels more personal. I came in once with a loose bracket before a work trip and they squeezed me in the same afternoon. The waiting room coffee machine was broken for weeks though, which became a running joke during visits. Thankfully the actual orthodontic care was much better than the coffee.

I needed emergency help with my braces. The wire from my NY braces were puncturing my cheek. Dr Jones took me in when others turned me away and trimmed my braces for me. He also gave me a full exam. The staff was very thorough and professional. Thank you Doctor for helping me out.
