Rusty Jones Orthodontics

I wouldn't recommend going to this place. It's kind of a turn and burn style operation. He allows his stuff to come up with plans for orthodontic working instead of him doing it himself. Dr. Rusty another thing is too. They only give you one retainer when they should give you at least two, like who can live with only one retainer and also say you need to negotiate this at the beginning, not at the end. In my opinion, it's there duty to go over everything with you. You're not the professional they are and then they hold you to it and then try charging you $175 to get another retainer. I only speak from experience myself and my daughter both went there. He seems like a great guy, but his staff needs to get there stuff together because the way they talk to patients like it's our responsibility to know everything is simply not OK. Go somewhere or they can explain to you everything the process from start to finish. How many retainers are you gonna get how long it's gonna take to get your teeth to where they need to be and make sure you ask them to guarantee that only Dr. Rusty will be doing everything from start to finish from designing the plan for your teeth and seeing him because all he'll do is put it off to the Mexican guy with glasses and have him design your plan and he'll just show it to Dr. Rusty and he'll approve it just best to go other places trust me they won't stick to what they say

Everyone is so nice and professional. I love the front desk worker Astrid! She's so kind and demure. She's great! I got the Invisalign and I'm very satisfied with how my teeth look. Thanks to Abraham and for checking my teeth and making sure I kept up with wearing my trays. I thought the price was very affordable.
