Just got my braces put on today with Dr. O and Jess. Loved the vibe and they were super friendly and personable. Before braces; I shopped around and got different opinions. I went with E&S because of their excellent customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend going with them!

I loved my experience at E&S. The good doctor always strived to help me end up with the perfect smile, even if it would take a little more time. I had so many good experiences with multiple members of the staff. Yvonne always made me laugh and was fast and efficient every time I sat in her chair. Thanks for everything guys! I appreciate all of you! 🙌🏽

The most friendliest group I’ve ever encountered. Front desk always greets you with a smile everytime you walk in. The dental assistants are all super sweet and walk me through the process every appointment. The doctor is transparent and very kind! My teeth look amazing! I’m obsessed! Definitely will be referring my friends and family here! Thank you Dr O and staff! Yall were AMAZING!!

Wonderful Place. The staff and doctor are all so kind and very understanding. I had my braces for 2 years and it felt like I had a small family always cheering me on at all times. They have great financial support and long-term or for whatever dental need you may have E&S ARE the place to go. I truly appreciate their service, Thank You.

I would like to give amazing customer service recognition to Jorge and Maribel! At the Tolleson location. This week I had an incorrect scheduling incident, which I understand that things happen. Being a busy working mom trying to balance schedules and meetings it was hard for me to arrange a different day. My son was really needing this appt and in pain. I was needing an appt at the Tolleson location which was actually closed for that day, however I was scheduled incorrectly at a different location.When I called back upset for the inconvenience, 'although it was not his fault' Jorge did an incredible job!at listening and making sure that although they were closed we were still attended. Maribel came in from a different location just so we can be seen. Being in Healthcare management myself I would say this is the absolute example of taking initiative in leadership, patient satisfaction and customer retention. Its actions like this that deserve recognition of the wonderful service and integrity not just as an employee but as a person one truly has. Jorge and Maribel! Thankyou very much!!!
