I cannot say enough great things about the team at Restoration Dental in Mesa. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The entire office runs with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. Dr. Fadi is truly exceptional. He is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. His level of expertise and calm confidence make a huge difference — he is the only dentist I trust with my care. Tracy, the Office Manager, keeps everything running seamlessly and makes the administrative side effortless. Kristina at the front office is always friendly, organized, and welcoming. Jasmyn and Ayda are fantastic dental assistants — attentive, skilled, and genuinely caring throughout every visit. And Sanela, the dental hygienist, is outstanding — gentle, precise, and extremely knowledgeable. It’s rare to find a team this cohesive and committed to excellence. Restoration Dental sets the standard for patient care, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier dental services in Mesa.

Not surprisingly, I dread having work done at the dentist. Restoration Dental may have quelled that dread for good. I recently had a cleaning here and shortly thereafter I had some fillings and crowns. I have had only excellent experiences here. Kristina at the front desk is super! She walked me through billing and everything and she was more than just helpful. Ayda was wonderful! She’s calming and kind and she took excellent care of my anxious self. As did Jasmine (both she and Ayda assisted the dentist) -what a great Team there! Oh and a huge shout out to the hygienist Sanela!! She was excellent! She listens and she cares. Lastly, Dr. Naioom was every bit as kind, professional and skilled as the rest of the Team. I truly am thrilled to have experienced having work done there, hopefully you’ll have an excellent experience (…at the DENTIST?! Lol YES!) there, too!

This was my first visit at Restoration Dental and it was amazing! All the staff there was so friendly and professional. It smelled wonderful in this office. I love the TVs on the ceiling. All the staff helped me to feel very comfortable at this dentist office. I loved it when the office manger went over the cost of my procedure so I know the cost. I would definitely recommend this dentist office and the dentist. Thank you guys! I just want to say Thank you to everyone at Restoration Dental, that is Tracy, who takes care of billing, Kristina, who is so nice at the front desk, Jasmyn & Ayda who does an AWESOME job as dental assistants, and Sanela who is a very professional dental hygentist, and of course, the dentist himself, Dr. Naioom who is always very nice and goes above and beyond as a professional dentist. I am visiting from out of state for two months and needed to see a dentist, due to an unexpected broken tooth. I went to Restorative Dental in Mesa and was extremely impressed from the moment I walked in to their office. The reception area which is beautifully designed had a warm and welcoming feel. I was greeted by two friendly and caring front office staff, Tracy and Kristina. Kristina offered me their complimentary menu which included options of flavored water, coffee, hot tea, a heated blanket, a heated hand cloth, a soothing eye mask, and more! While in the dental chair, I was cared for by two dental assistants, Jasmyn and Ayda, who were both professional and kind; they made sure I was comfortable during each step of the procedure. I saw Dr. Fadi Naioom who was kind, caring, professional and precise. He determined that the broken tooth needed a crown and the good news is that I did not need a root canal! Dr. Fadi Naioom prepared my tooth for a crown which I received at this same appt. Now that is efficiency! The dental hygienist, Sanela, who assisted Dr. Naioom, and Jazmyn, was very kind and gentle. And the dental student, Armando, who was shadowing Dr. Naioom, shook my hand thanking me for allowing him to watch and learn during my procedure. The entire staff at this dental office is class act from beginning to end. I recommend anyone looking for a dentist to go to Restorative Dental. Restoration Dental is great right from the start. Kristina greets you at the front desk along with Tracy, the Office Manager. Sanela, the Dental Hygienist is my favorite. Jasmyn & Ayda are the Dental Assistants who make you feel comfortable while getting you prepared for Dr. Fadi Naioom. He always greets you with a smile and is caring throughout your procedures. The whole staff is friendly and courteous. The atmosphere is calming and very relaxing. It is always a pleasant experience for me.
