I always have such a great experience at Restoration Dental! Everyone in the office is so welcoming, patient, and kind. Tracy does an amazing job managing everything and making patients feel comfortable. Kelsey at the front office is always friendly and helpful. Jazmyn and Kristina are amazing dental assistants who are so gentle and reassuring during appointments. Sanela is hands down the best dental hygienists I’ve ever had so patient, caring, kind, no matter how high maintenance you may be. Lol I also want to give a shout out to Zack, the intern, who literally held my hand through the scary parts and helped calm my nerves so much. That kindness meant a lot to me. You can truly tell this office cares about their patients and treats everyone like family. Highly recommend! 🦷❤️

My first visit to restoration dentistry to get a teeth cleaning. They have an inviting and warm environment. Everyone there was very nice and welcoming. The front office ladies, Jasmine, and Christine were amazing and very welcoming. I got my teeth cleaned, and Sanela did an incredible job. She is very thorough and gentle making the experience a pleasant one. The dentist did a great job explaining to me what needed to be done enjoying me where the problem are. I had a wonderful experience I would recommend them

I am not a person that generally takes the time to write a review, however when a team of people go above and beyond to create not an appt. But make it an experience I have to share. I have extreme anxiety w dentists visits. I had lost a crown and knew that I needed to have it replaced, I did not want to go back to my old dentist. I started calling around to some different dentists to get an appt. with someone that I felt would really take the time to care. I happened to call Restoration Dental in Gilbert and had the pleasure of talking with Tracy. Tracy is a lead at the front desk and when I explained I really had a lot of anxiety w dentists she took it upon herself to really put the care into me to make me feel like I mattered and made me feel like ok this is possibly where I should go. It was the tone of her voice and her willingness to listen and answer my questions that encouraged me to book an appt. I was nervous going into my scheduled appt today but I followed thru. My appt was not an appt it was more of an experience. Everyone in the office was exceptional from the time I stepped in and was greeted, thru the consultation, to the actual work I had done. Who made it exceptional was first Kelsie, then Tracy, Jasmin, Zach and then Dr. Naioom. They explained step by step everything they were doing, they allowed and made me feel like it was ok to have anxiety and reassured me that they cared. There was NO pain in what I had done what so ever and I felt at ease immediately which is not typical of me. I have booked another appt, have NO fear or anxiety going back in to have more work done and have already shared w five people how comfortable I felt in their hands. The reason I say THEY is because you could tell that they had truly created a culture where they work together to make the clients feel cared for. Dr. Naioom was exceptional and I would recommend him to anyone!! People go back to experiences where they feel cared for and trust. Thank you to the team for giving me excellent care today, I see why you have high client retention and why people like myself who normally don’t take time to write a review care of enough to give back ❤️

I have been terrified of dentists for a very long time & the condition of my teeth showed it. I was treated with kindness, grace and zero judgement by everyone there. Wasn't easy but they worked with me every step of the way to make it the best possible experience. For me to recommend a dentist speaks volumes. But I thank them for their support kindness and help to be helping me get my teeth on track.

I have never been a fan of going to the dentist. But coming here has completely changed that. The entire staff is very friendly. From when you first walk in and are greeted. Kristina has is great at the front office. Jasmyn, Ayda and Sanela were all wonderful and take great care of you. Lastly Dr. Fadi is tremendous and walked me through the steps and what he recommends and certain option we could take to help me in my situation. I have not been to a dentist in years and was very afraid to be looked down upon because of that but the staff completely did the opposite. They care about all their patients and would really recommend them to anyone.
