After putting off going to the dentist for almost 10 years, I was honestly pretty nervous, but this office completely changed my perspective. My husband and I both went in for new patient exams, x rays, and treatment plans, and from the moment we walked in, everyone made us feel comfortable. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and laid back. It doesn’t feel like one of those cold, overly fancy offices where you feel like just another patient. Instead, everyone treats you like family, and that made such a difference. A special thank you to Tracy, who took care of me. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and patient. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, walked me through my x rays, answered all of my questions, and clearly explained why certain treatments were recommended. I really appreciated that she and the dentist also explained what was more urgent versus what could reasonably wait, instead of making me feel pressured to do everything immediately. The entire team was informative, honest, and never pushy. The pricing was reasonable, they helped us understand exactly what to expect, and we left feeling confident about our treatment plans. If you’ve been avoiding the dentist because you’re anxious or haven’t been in years like I had, I genuinely recommend giving this office a try. They made what I expected to be a stressful experience surprisingly comfortable, and I’m actually looking forward to coming back for my cleaning.

I have never been to the dentist in my whole life and East Valley has made me feel comfortable and relaxed to come in. My first appointment was a cleaning with Tammy and she was so incredibly kind and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. I had so much build up and the results are night and day. I am genuinely so happy with the cleaning results. Tammy did such an amazing job, I could not have ever imagined my teeth could be so clean. I have been going to East Valley Dental Care since 2001. Tracy is the best dental hygienist. I have some dental problems that require me to get my teeth cleaned more often than most people. Tracy has been my hygienist for most of the 25 years I have been going to EVDC. Tracy is patient, very friendly and very gentle. She makes sure I am comfortable throughout the cleaning process and try to make it as easy as possible. She spots problem areas in my mouth very quickly even when they are very small and hard to get to. She never leaves any stone unturned in making sure the area of concern is nothing to worry about or something that needs immediate attention. My husband who hates going to the dentist due to past trauma now goes regularly to his cleaning appointments with Tracy. She is able to keep him calm and comfortable. Now he doesn’t dread getting his teeth cleaned.

We cannot recommend East Valley Dental Care enough. They have been wonderful with my husband’s routine dental care, but what truly sets them apart is the incredible compassion they showed during his recent illness. They went above and beyond to ensure he was comfortable and adjusted his care to meet his specific needs while he was unwell. It’s rare to find a dental team that treats you like family, but that is exactly how we felt. Thank you for your kindness and expertise! From the moment you walk in, Mandy and Kiera make you feel incredibly welcome. They are consistently wonderful, greeting everyone with genuine smiles and a warm energy that really takes the stress out of a dental visit. Beyond their great personalities, they are total pros at the logistics. Whether I have a million questions or a tricky billing issue, they handle it all with patience and care.
