Weirdly unprofessional. Younger staff tends to whisper and stare, for those in financial hardships, they are not empathetic. Dorrine Moreno comes off rude and doesn't come off with professionalism. Their financing plans are horrible and they will try to confuse you and care about getting more money out of you regardless of your wants or needs. A younger male doing X-rays got weirdly close and basically hugged my fiancé while working with her making her uncomfortable. He also pulled her to the side to further lecture on trying to extend the treatment plan when it had been stated multiple times we were not interested in continuing work. They will ignore your requests and steamroll with what they want. I do not recommend.

Dorrine Moreno who is in charge of payments is extremely rude! Be aware! She is new and took over Jazmine position. Jazmine was polite and professional. We love braces for less but now we have a different opinion. I’m not sure I want to continue to take my daughter there where they have unprofessional rude front desk employees like Dorrine Moreno. Hopefully they can make changes and remove her from her position at braces for less.

If I can I will give them -5 stars, The worse place to get braces for your kids! I am very disappointed, NO ETIC at all! If you do a late payment for any reasons but then you pay your late fee and another month they don’t care about it because when end your contract if the job is no done they DONT CARE or you do another contract mean more $$$$ or you find another place to continue the dental treatment, they don’t care! The circumstances, the individual situations.....what they only care is the money they can take from you! The dentist also are the worse! I have a disable son who been treating there for his dental work, but one of the last times the dentist don’t want to finish the cleaning because she don’t like it? Because she discriminate my son for his disability? and she handle to me the brush and fluoride to continue the dental cleaning. This place don’t have ETIC!

Staff doesn’t know how to communicate. Have to constantly keep coming back for things that could’ve been done last visit.
