Wow! Dr. Reynolds went above and beyond to help our son on a Saturday. My son’s retainer came loose due to him loosing a baby tooth making it difficult for him to chew. I messaged the office (not thinking I’d hear from anyone until Tuesday since it’s Labor Day weekend) and Dr.Reynolds replied that he was willing to come into the office on his off day so my son would be comfortable. If that’s not amazing customer service I’m not sure what is. Also, the staff is always kind, gentle, and great at explaining everything to my 10 year old autistic son. I highly recommend Orthodontic Design Co!!!

Scheduling was simple, and we were able to get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. The paperwork was sent ahead of time, which made our visit smooth and efficient, and we were welcomed warmly with only a short wait. The staff were all friendly and great with kids, and Dr. Reynolds was professional, thorough, and spoke to our daughter in a way she could understand while including her in the discussion. We appreciated the shared decision-making approach, and the slushy at the end was a fun surprise she loved. We would definitely recommend this office to others.

We loved our first experience going to orthodontic design. It was so fun, so cute, and my kids had a great experience. Dylan, at the front desk, gave us a tour when we got there, and was super friendly and fun! Dr. Reynolds was amazing and the technology he uses at his office is outstanding! Five stars all the way around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Reynolds did a very good job explaining and going over the entire treatment as well as placing expanders on our 6 year old son. Very thorough and quick. Was 100% worth the hour and half drive. Would refer to anybody who is in need of a great orthodontist.

My son had his braces put on today and they were so great. They offered him a stress ball when he got anxious and talked him through the process. This is our second child going through the process with Dr. Reynolds. Our first son did Invisalign and that has taken a lot longer then anticipated so he suggested traditional braces for my second. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.
