We drive a little over 40 minutes just to come to Orthodontic Design Co.. Dr. Reynolds is very knowledgeable about orthodontics and dental work. His staff are extremely happy working there and that says a lot about the company. My son just got his braces off a month ago and I have another one coming in right behind him. I definitely recommend Dr. Reynolds at Orthodontic Design Co. to anyone.

Scheduling was simple, and we were able to get an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. The paperwork was sent ahead of time, which made our visit smooth and efficient, and we were welcomed warmly with only a short wait. The staff were all friendly and great with kids, and Dr. Reynolds was professional, thorough, and spoke to our daughter in a way she could understand while including her in the discussion. We appreciated the shared decision-making approach, and the slushy at the end was a fun surprise she loved. We would definitely recommend this office to others.

We loved our first experience going to orthodontic design. It was so fun, so cute, and my kids had a great experience. Dylan, at the front desk, gave us a tour when we got there, and was super friendly and fun! Dr. Reynolds was amazing and the technology he uses at his office is outstanding! Dr. Reynolds did a very good job explaining and going over the entire treatment as well as placing expanders on our 6 year old son. Very thorough and quick. Was 100% worth the hour and half drive. Would refer to anybody who is in need of a great orthodontist.

We absolutely love Dr. Reynolds and his team! They have been amazing from the very beginning and have made the entire orthodontic process so easy for our family. They worked with us to create a payment plan that fit our budget, and we've always felt well taken care of. My daughter Caroline currently has an expander, so we're still early in the process, but we've already seen great progress and she actually looks forward to her visits. The staff is always friendly, patient, and helpful. The office is so much fun for kids! My other children love the art station, slushy machine, and all the books available while we wait. Everything is very modern and high-tech, and the Grin app has been incredibly convenient since my daughter can scan her teeth from home. We are so happy with our experience so far and highly recommend Dr. Reynolds and his wonderful team!
